Great taste
I love to cook and have just discovered this delicious product. I have ordered 2 of them for family members for Christmas. I also bought thee truffle salt and OMG it is so delicious. Have purchased 2 ands going to order 3 more for other family members for Christmas. Thanks for a great product.

Special Secret ingredient!
This is a great finishing oil that will take your cooking to another level. A little goes a long way. Use on anything that you want to brighten the flavors: veggies, pasta, meat & of course, fish. You could probably add to yogurt or ice cream! It's also a great gift.

Love the taste!
This is a wonderful finishing oil and great for sautés. When paired with fresh lemon juice and a little salt and pepper, it makes a light and delicious dressing for anything from fish to avacados. Works fantastic for adding umami to simple sauté of vegetables.

This is the only brand of truffle I buy. Very strong and aromatic. A few drops is all you need. I have tried many other brands and was disappointed.

Absolutely a luscious treat. I drizzle it over popcorn and mozzarella. It is definitely worth the splurge

Not authentic. Artificial flavor used
Disappointed, this is not a true infusion. It has artificial truffle "flavor" added.

Poor Quality. Poor Scent. Poor Flavor.
The first thing other than this isn't the product advertised. The bottle shows the Sabatino made in Italy for export to the USA. What you get is a domestically bottled and distributed canola oil with "natural flavoring" that amounts to synthetic truffle. I feel cheated. This is not good. The flavor isn't very strong at all. And of course you cannot return this. Avoid at all costs.
