REALLY NICE HARDWARE ! I purchased this hardware for my closet doors in my laundry room. What I received impressed me beyond my expectations. Super engineered hardware, heavy, substantial components, great looking finish, 100% satisfied I've been in the entry door business for 42 years purchasing and installing hardware, Never imagined closet hardware could me made this good. Only downside, you need to have pretty good skillset to install it yourself. It will take more knowledge than a using a screwdriver, don't underestimate it, get a skilled contractor of handyman you rely on to do this. It will be worth you investment, 5 stars, well deserved

These handles- I got the regular "dummy" pulls only (not locking or latching)- are very easy to install. The only thing it could suggest is using a dull mallet to seat the plate covers after installing the backing. They don't slip on that easily. However, I've installed others in the past and had to redo a few times to get them to set straight. These were simple to line up. They look really nice and are much sturdier than I would have expected for the price.

When I tore out and replaced my old closet doors, I hunted online for black, lever-style, dummy door handles. Because they're "dummy," they do not turn up or down and are only installed on one side of the door. There is no locking or latching mechanism to the handles. They're just for pulling/pushing the door open/closed. Ultimately I landed on these in my search and they worked out perfectly. I installed with minimal effort, following the instructions and utilizing a few tools. The old brass dummy knobs on my previous doors could be found for about $7 each so paying about $60 (w/ tax) for two sets (four total handles) was not my least expensive option. I purchased these in Oct. 2020 for $27/set. But the very similar Kwikset version at Lowe's were priced about $20 per handle ... so I still saved a fair amount going with this brand/model. Plus, they're surprisingly heavy. I was impressed with the quality right out of the box. Overall, I'm very pleased and will order again for other closet doors in my house.

I purchased the Berlin Modisch Dummy Lever since it looks very similar to the Kwikset Halifax Door handle. The Berlin modisch is half the price and is a better quality than the Kwikset. The Berlin modisch is modern and sleek. I purchased these dummy door knobs for my closet and pantry. The door knobs are super easy to install. The only reason I gave the door knob 4 stars because the directions were a bit difficult to follow since it was for a different product but I was able figure it out. There are a lot of additional parts and screws provided. I’m not sure it’s purpose since the directions does not explain what it’s for, but, it’s seems to be holding up well. Overall, I highly recommend this product for the looks, quality, and the price.

After 2 years of living in our house with gold shiny knobs, we finally decided to replace the hardware with these levers. I needed passage, privacy (locking), and dummy trim for closets, and all have exceeded my expectations of ordering hardware off Amazon. The levers all look great, and now match the rest of our home decor. They're sturdy, elegant, and had all the parts we needed. The lock on the privacy set isn't as smooth as I'd like it to be, it's tough to tell when it's locked or not, but it works so that's all you can hope for. Replacing the knobs with these levers was generally easy, and I've never installed door hardware before. We did run into one issue though. The backset of our previous hardware was 2-1/2". These levers accommodate 2-3/8" and 2-3/4", but due to how the inner mechanism lines up, couldn't accommodate 2-1/2" like we had. We were able to squeeze and just make 2-3/8" work, though it was a tight fit. If you're worried, either measure first, or order just one lever and try it out on your doors before committing to the whole overhaul like we did! Overall very pleased though.

Installed these handles on double closet doors. Wanted something quick and easy to install and combined them with a heavy duty magnetic pop out catches. They look great and have a solid build. I used the screws provided with the heavy metal plate installing them from the opposite side for a very strong feel. Note: These are just pull handles and do not have a latch and do not lock.

Excellent quality - beefy and solid metal. Includes all the hardware needed to fit any door (including doors that have been drilled for a door handle). The finish looks to be high quality paint. I wish it was anodized instead.

The price and quality is the same as any door handle from homedepot. The installation was pretty simple and it ist really stable and not wobbly at all. I really can recommend this and would buy them in the future.
