Removed the squeeks and rust prevention as well as ease of use all in one application. Lubricant quality was outstanding. I have had to reapply in Arizona 3X in 6 months but in places like California less. There is a strong smell that goes away after 2-3 days. Bottle had no leaks, easy to use and some sticky residue but that’s normal.

I love this stuff. It is fantastic for not only lubricating garage door rollers, but ANY metal surface that you need to lubricate. It works way better than WD-40, and penetrates just as good. I use it on: Weed Whacker (Spray the spooled line before use through the line hole and it will prevent the line from binding up), squeaky wheels. I even use it on door hinges in the house. Cannot recommend enough, and it has no visible smell that I can detect. If you have used WD-40 you MUST try this stuff...Cannot recommend enough

Finally got around to installing a wall mount opener on the garage door, and I waned to make sure all points were lubricated well. Wall mount openers are so quiet that you can hear every little rattle or squeak when the door operates. This is a 7x16’ door, insulated, so moderately heavy. Operated by hand opening and closing for years after install, so it was balanced well. Every year or so when a little extra effort was needed, I would spray whatever lubricants I had and make sure it stayed from sticking too much. Most of the time a “dry lubricant” spray, which I liked but my thinking is it did not last as long maybe. This stuff works well, and after a couple months seems to be doing the same as day i sprayed it on. I’ve only used the tube for direct flow. No leaks from the can yet. But, it does stay a little bit sticky or wet on the hinges still. I clear the door really well when installing the opener so time will tell if any dust in the future may stick to the areas I spray. I guess it is a slight trade off in longevity and dry film.

This is a good product and works well on our extra tall garage door rails. Its nice because it squirts so high and it saves me from climbing up a ladder. I use it about every 6 or 7 months.

Keeps garage doors in tip top shape. Spray to keep everything lubricated. I like this because it doesn't drip too much. It is not super thick, or greasy, and has worked effectively on our door so far. You can also use it to lubricate other items that require regular lubrication maintenance.

Now this is good lubricant. Used on my 2 roll up garage doors and I cannot believe how quickly the noise and smoothness of my doors are working now.Do not use to much spray just a quick shot at the moving parts.

I particularly like the applicator head. Wide spray or directed precise application with a flip of the straw.

This 3 in 1 is the greatest. I use it on my garage door once every 2 months and my garage door runs perfect. No noises nothing. Its even better then wd40 imo. This product can be used on anything that has a joint. Great stuff
