Why does one of the pictures show Made In The USA when in fact "Country of Origin: China (Packaged in the USA)"?

This usually means that this is made in a factory in China where they mix the magnesium with salt, hence origin, and then package it in the US so they can say made in the US. Assuming this is the case since there are no direct answers from Amazon or the manufacturer.

After you have drilled bore holes into the stump, fill them with the epsom salts and then carefully and slowly add just enough water to fill the holes. Any more will wash them out. There is no set formula of water to salt ratio, just add enough water to wet, but not to wash away,
