Worst quality product. It is of no use and the content is not proper as mentioned. Got my health affected because of this. Already planning to sue the company.

I mostly liked that the melatonin spray is by far the most effective and natural way to induce sleep, even when having difficulty getting comfortable sleep, whether under stress of a big day the next day, or insomnia troubles. Would definitely recommend you get this over any sleeping pill or other form of sleep medication. Having consulted with a few medical professionals, I've been told the risk of side effects is low and it is safe to self-administer, so long as you get the hang of spraying the roof of your mouth. Can be used by the young or the elderly alike with little to no difficulty. One important thing to remember is post administration to not expose yourself to blue light from phone or laptop screens - as this can frustrate the efficacy of the product, as is known to happen with melatonin sprays. Repeated spraying may not be as effective if your natural sleep has already been interrupted by even a few minutes of mobile or other screen viewing.

I was but reluctant to use this. After a good research, I figured out that melatonin is safe and not at all addictive. It’s been two nights that I hv been using this for myself, my 3 years old n 8 years old sons. It’s working like magic for all of us. I use only one spray for my kids n 4 sprays for myself. I hv never slept like this since the birth of my second child. This is helping to set our sleep cycle in this covid-19. The quality of sleep has improved to a great extent. The flavour is too good n it’s easy to use as u just hv to spray in your mouth. I ll highly recommend this for people who are struggling with poor quality sleep or adjusting their sleep cycles.

I recieved open bottle and worst part is seller was not agree that bottle was opened so I though it into garbage and I wasted money. So be careful during purchasing

I felt absolutely zero drowsiness when taking it.
