This scabbard is more beautiful in person than in pictures. The attention to detail and the good craftsmanship are obvious. Very happy I purchased it and highly recommend to collectors for Anduril or Narsil. That said, it seems a bit overpriced.

I was more than happy when I received this scabbard. The quality far surpassed my expectations. The detail and the gold trim look absolutely stunning and perfectly compliment the sword. This sword with this scabbard is by far the most amazing looking piece of art on my walls. As the other review states, the sword does fit a bit tight, but that seems to be a benifit, not a flaw since I want it to stay on the sword while up on the wall. And if you were to want to use this as a sword for some weird reason, I am sure the case would break in and become more functional with use. All and all a great product & well worth the money. It’s beautiful, sturdy and great quality. Mine is just going to be a wall display but this would also have great functionality for cosplay. I will say that the straps are on the thin side so if you’re going to be cosplaying it might not be great for rough roll playing. Yes, great for walking around a con or a ren fair with, but you probably should not strap it to a horse and ride to war.

Wonderful quality. Very pleased. Fits the sword perfectly. If you've ordered the United Cutlery Anduril sword, this scabbard is a must. (For short folks intending to wear this as part of a costume: The sword is already quite long, and the scabbard just adds some length...careful turning around corners and near furniture!)

So happy that United Cutlery decided to start producing this product again. Ebay prices were harsh for the original run! This product is so beautiful and worth the list price. If you're on the fence - you will not regret this purchase!

This sheath is an exact replica of the ne from the movies. It is sturdy and made of quality materials. It looks great on display.

Just a tad loose for the sword Anduril but I can't express enough how fantastic the quality is! It's an exact replica of what you see in the movie and it comes with a certificate of authenticity. Definitely worth the purchase to any Lord of the Rings fan.

Pretty great quality. Kind of thought for being United Cutlery the plates would be actual metal and not a hard plastic, but it's convincing enough. No real blemishes, sword fits as it should, the straps are decent quality if not a bit thin feeling. Constructed wood interior as it should be, although it will leave some minor marks when sheathing and unsheathing so just be sure to wipe your blade before and after so it doesn't scratch or corrode.They also should have weighted the end/bottom piece a bit to counterbalance the extreme weight of Anduril's hilt. It's quite top/front heavy when sword is sheathed and attached. It takes a lot of adjusting to get it right.Overall I don't think this is worth the price I paid of about $200, which is more than the actual sword is now. I'd say it's worth half that for what you're getting.
