Learn about discharge printing below Produces an extremely soft hand with bright crisp colors, low viscosity and high opacity Ecofriendly Formula - Non Phthalate / PVC FREE Available in 14 colors all compatible with our color mixing system. These colors can be mixed together to create 1000+ colors! For best results use with a water resistant emulsion we recommend our WR-Blue Emulsion and our Water Based Screen Cleaner for clean up MADE IN USA.

Size:Pint - 16 oz. Ecotex Discharge Inks are bright, vivid and can be mixed together to create 1000s of colors. WB Discharge Ink can be printed on high mesh counts and produces very fine image detail. Our ink can be used with other inks to create multiple effects. Mesh Guidelines:160 Emulsion Recommendations: We recommend using a water-resistant emulsion such as WR-Blue or DC-Pink Water based printing: Our ink can be used straight out of the bottle as a traditional water-based ink. We recommend only doing this technique on light color garments. Discharge Printing: This ink can also be used a discharge ink by adding the discharge powder. When using as a discharge ink, add enough discharge powder to the a of ink you need for the print run. This will be somewhere in between 3-5% by weight. Mix thoroughly. Once the powder is added to the ink it will last for one hour. Flash and Curing Guidelines: Cure for 90 seconds at 320 F. Best results 2-3 minutes at 300-320 F CMS-Color Mixing System: Our color mixing system is designed to help you create 1000s of colors with only 14 inks. We sell a color kit that includes all 14 colors. Our mixing system is FREE and can be accessed online! Message us directly for a link. General Testing: We recommend doing a stretch and a wash test to ensure you cured and printed correctly before going into production. Increase cure time if testing fails. We recommend only using natural fibers; best results will be seen on 100% cotton. Synthetic fibers will not discharge properly. Color Matching Info: Some colors do not discharge as well as others ex. are red, blue & purples. Color matching may not be exact.
