Ruisin Classic High Waist Jeans for Women Vintage Boyfriend Mom Jeans Denim Pants

5'5 160lbs, pear shaped. Hips approx 42 in, waist 31 inches. I carry my weight in my thighs and calves. Ordered a 31x32 because my legs are long and I wanted to wear these jeans a bit baggier. I normally wear a size 10 in levi's high rise straight jeans. These are slightly oversized but fit really nicely at my high hip/low waist. There is a waistband gap for me but with a belt these are almost perfect. Longer than expected so really good for taller girls too! I have bigger calves that still generally fit into regular tall boots but they're tight. These pants aren't right on my calves but as you can see the pants will kinda touch there without getting super stuck. They also have a touch of stretch and are super comfortable. Love these pants, wish they came in darker washes. 9/10 would buy again.

These jeans are the real deal!!! Cotton and high waisted!!! Also tapered at the ankle. No more pulling up your jeans!! The only advise I would give is the sizes are off a little. I ordered a size 28x28 and another pair with the size 27x28. The 28 inch waist was too big and the 27 inch waist is doable, But I returned the 28 one and ordered a 26 inch waist . I actually measured the 27 inch waist and it’s really 30 inches rather then 27. These jeans are well made and comfortable! Once I get my correct size down, I plan on ordering 4 or 5 more pairs of these jeans. I have been looking for high waisted and 100 percent cotton jeans for at least a year if not longer. American Eagle has this type of Jean, but they fit just horrible on me. I plan on stocking up this time!! Oh, the length that I picked out was the perfect size.

So. I have purchased and returned 4 sizes of this pai of pants. The first two I tried on I loved! Fitted in tummy, bum, quads but mom fit in legs. I’m 5 months postpartum with my first so I’m still trying to find my size. They were too small on my tummy so I kept sizing up. They’re such great quality that I wanted one. I got larger ones but they changed. They were super baggy all around. I got a size 34 that I thought would fit. It worked on my bloated tummy but on my legs they were huge! I’d say if you know your size and you’re 30-32 get the pants!!! Sooo nice! They don’t cut into your tummy. If you are larger than that you can try them and return if they don’t work for you. It’s a tricky one. I still might try one more time. Oh yes, I’m 5’9 and 168lbs. I tried size 30 (sexy but a bit too tight on my tummy), 32 (so close but too tight), 34(waaaay too big) and 33 which I described earlier as working while bloated but pretty baggy and got more baggy as I wore them. (I sent this video to my sister to see if she wanted to try the pants).

I don’t normally write reviews but I’m obsessed with these jeans. They’re exactly what I was looking for. The sizing is accurate, and apart from being a bit loose in the waist they fit perfectly. They’re great for curvier girls, and a super flattering shape if you have a little more booty and a smaller waist. The fabric is not too thick or stiff and my pair didn’t have a weird smell like some other reviewers mentioned. I’m excited to wear them and see how they hold up! I’m 5’8 and I did get the 30” inseam and they’re a perfect length, and look super cute if you roll them at the ankles. I’m seriously considering getting another pair in the darker color!

For reference: I’m 5’7”, about 125~ lbs, I have a 27” waist, and my hips/butt area is about 39 or 40”. I consider myself pretty thin because I have skinny legs, but I definitely have some junk in the trunk lol. Cons: The waist on these was actually a little large. Also the butt/hip area is so snug when wearing these. I could barely even pull them up over my hips when putting them on. Pros: I like the way they look and fit everywhere else. They have a more straight and relaxed look in the leg, and they were a the perfect length. The color was beautiful and they seem like a good sturdy alternative to something like Levi’s. It’s a shame they don’t look right on me, it would look better on someone who is more thin and maybe less curvy.

Who knew that providing actual waist and leg measurements would result in receiving pants that actually fit?? 🥴 In 32 years, these are one of the few jeans I've ever bought that fit perfectly, and from now on I'm only ever going to buy pants online that are sized this way. Not to mention, they come with actual full-sized, functional pockets that can hold a small wallet and keys with a little extra room in between. What a concept! I've been wearing them all day, wearing them in with plenty of walking and bending; and they still seem to fit just as well as they did when I first put them on. So no mid-afternoon stretch leaving me with a baggy butt. Pictures were taken at the end of the day, after ~8hrs of wear. tl;dr: Immediately my new favorite pair of jeans. I'm actually going to have to buy more like this because I'd end up wearing these every day otherwise. I'm 5'9", ~125lbs, and usually wear a size 2-4. I ordered a 27/30, and the pants reach below my ankle when standing, but do come up ~2in when I sit.

These are my most favorite jeans I have ever owned. I even wear them just around the house sometimes. I read many reviews saying to size down and they were definitely right. I have a long torso and legs, small waist, and slightly more ample booty. I usually wear a 28 waist in levis so I ordered the 26x30 in these. They fit baggier than I initially wanted but as I kept them on I realized I loved this look too so I kept them! I ordered the light color in a 25x30 for a tighter pair and they are tighter around the waist and through the hip so they fit like mom style skinny jeans. I really like them too but I love the darker pair and hope they last a long time! I'm 5'8 and they reach just at my ankle so if you want your cuff to be at your ankle and you're taller order a 32 inseam. I liked a just above ankle length cuff. FYI one pocket ripped so don't shove your hands in aggressively right out of the dryer (I expected cheap so this didn't upset me-they are still def worth the money spent imo).

Comparing these jeans to American Apparel high waist jeans and Levis Ribcage, these are not as high rise. Levis Ribcage in 32 fits me perfectly with a comfy amount of ease, and the waistline hits above my belly button at my true waist - I followed their size chart to get 32s. This product's size chart says I should be 32/32, but those were clotheslining me at the crotch and hitting me an inch or two below the navel, really just not enough length in the rise. So I am returning them and reordering in 34/32, same waist size as I would want in American Apparel which runs smaller. The fabric is not as thick and heavy as AA or Levi's but it feels nice, it's nice denim just not as heavy weight. The construction seemed good and it is a nice basic style, even if it won't reach my true waist like the other brands. I was satisfied enough with the fabric and construction to re-order even though the size chart was misleading for me and they aren't quite as high-waisted as I'd hoped. UPDATE: Size 34 was super baggy and *still* only hit me at the mid-rise, an inch below the belly button. It looked terrible. Just a really bad fit on my body, the rise length is just too short no matter the size. Returning those too and giving up on this style.
