The melody is too low to attract babies attention
I was a bit disappointed with this product from Hape. We got this one after we were so impressed with the Rotating Music Box Toy from them.Although the toy wobbles well and is made with great finness, the musical part of it was the biggest disappointment. The noise it makes its to low, the baby can barely hear it with other background noises like the noise of a fan. My 6-month old who is starting to crawl does not show much interest in the toy, while I know that musical wobbly toys are big hits with early crawlers and can encourage crawling in babies.

Great toy for tummy time!
I bought this before my baby was born for tummy time and started using it just days after birth. She was already curious about the noise from just a few days old! Now she is three months and starting to bat at it to make noise. It, and the Hape rainstick, are really the only toys that I found useful straight from birth, and that I foresee her enjoying for the next several months, if not longer. I love that it doesn’t require batteries and makes noise even with gentle movement from a baby. My baby is very easily overstimulated, but this is entertaining without overwhelming her. That being said, you will need to place the toy on a hard, flat surface. It will need manually moved on a rug or play mat. But on hardwood a gentle touch sends it rocking and even spinning! We love this toy!

Il gioco è molto carino e attira l’attenzione del bambino perché si muove ed emette un suono dolce di sonaglini mentre si muove. Il bambino è stimolato a muoverlo con mani o piedi ma non cade e quindi oscilla sempre. Anche la qualità è buona e sono soddisfatta dell’acquisto anche in rapporto al prezzo
