Works for what it is intended to do. Bought this for a special someone because she can't find it locally. Natural and seems of good quality. Though I have noticed the price has went up a little bit over the years, but what hasn't?

odd product to review but SERIOUSLY! This product has revolutionized my period! I'm mid 40's and had started having 2 weeks of severe PMS and painful back cramps. That mixed with exhaustion and depression once starting my period. My sister recommended this and after taking it daily for 2 weeks I had my first period with NO PMS symptoms, at all. Once starting my period was even with only mild fatigue, nothing like what it used to be. Highly recommend for help with problems regarding periods.

I love vitanica supplements and am so grateful to be able to still get these great products even though I’m no longer local. With that said it should be noted that I am 9/10m post partum and took vitex trying to regulate my hormones a bit. It was to strong for my circumstances and have decided to go with milk thistle instead. It is important to always educate yourself in supplements and herbs you use and make the right choice for you. So at this time I would say vitex is for someone who is not in the postpartum phase of life or unless your natural path/midwife/chiro are able to help adjust you a bit with it. The quality though is amazing. I’m glad to have been able to try it.

It works! Instead of having to get on the pilot regulate my cycle, my naturopath suggested this and it really works!

Bought this for hormonal hair loss. Used it for a month and unfortunately made the hair loss worse and gave me horrible acne. I suppose it helped my mood a little but this definitely isn’t for everyone
