Not sure what happened with these Vassoul lashes but they are very different than they were a several years ago. I have tried A LOT of magnetic lashes and used to buy these regularly, at least 5 or 6 sets over the years if not more. Nearly all magnetic lashes are absolute trash, unless you wear a ton of eyeliner to conceal them, but these used to be the best - they looked relatively natural even without eyeliner and would last for months of regular use. But now, the band is so thin and floppy, like the lashes are tied to a sewing thread, rather than what they used to be, which was more like a fishing line. The magnets don't line up, so even if you can get the lashes in place (which you can't because the band is so floppy), the haphazard placement of the magnets means that once you snap them together, there will be a weird lump, making them, unfortunately, completely unusable. Wish I could return them.

I must tell you, right off the bat, that I have wonky eyelashes. They tend to grow straight down instead of curling. I use a heated eyelash curler that helps, but they just don't have that "oomph" that I would like. I ordered these lashes, thinking, 'what have I got to lose?' I received them and they are lightweight, and SO EASY to use! The set came with an eyelash holder that you can use to attach the lashes to your own lashes, but I found it easier to just use my fingers. The magnets on the lashes are not big at all, and not heavy. I am able to set one last on top of my natural lashes, and then hold the second set up to the first and they magically click together to provide a beautiful look! It may take you a moment to get the hang of using these, but once you do - they're fabulous! The first time that I wore them, I had several people tell me how pretty my eyelashes were. I forgot to mention - these are NOT "whole" strips of lashes -- they go on the outer end of your eye to provide a nice, natural look. I absolutely LOVE them!

But I could not get these to work.

I have very mixed reviews about this product and ultimately didnt keep it. The pros: it is light weight for something that has a magnet hangin off your eyelids. It was packaged decent. The cons: the lash itself doesnt curve enough. Its too straight. This makes it harder to put on. The tweezers should be plastic. Not metal. Metal attaches to the lash when you dont want to as your securing it. And the reason I didn’t want it is because the two small magnets are VERY visible when you look down. In my opinion it looks ridiculous. A GREAT TIP: for those who are struggling. Make sure you have mascara on that has dried. Put the bottom one on first. Close your eyes slowly. Not fast. Secure it with a closed eye. Put the top lash on. Open eyes. Move around to fix. Also, use your fingers. You will feel more in control. A thin line of dark liner is a must. It blends the lashes for you when you have some on.

I wanted to like these, I’ve been excited to try them on. However, if you don’t already have decent natural lashes, they have nothing to secure to and will fall off immediately. In addition, once they clamp together, the middle of the band will bend upwards in a pointed position, which looks ridiculous. They are also very small lashes, and don’t provide much of a difference beyond your natural lashes, and I barely have lashes lol! I also lost real lashes trying to put these on, even after following the proper instructions for removal. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Edit: I actually managed to get them on properly! But here’s the sad news: they look like mini plastic ”bristles” rather than something feathery and lash-like.. And then,,,, they broke. They fell apart in my hands after carefully removing them and just carrying them from one area from my room to another. So fragile! Again, wouldn’t recommend to anyone. :(

I have only worn false eye lashes with glue a few times due to the struggle I have with getting them on and off. On this product, my first attempts by using youtube videos with my fingers was not successful. Using tool - they would not release onto my eyelashes. Then I learned the tricks. 1)Use the tool - the trick is that the magnets need to be facing toward you're eyelashes, not the tool. That way the most magnetic part is facing toward each false eyelash, and they will release from the tool. If you have them the other way around they won't release. Also make sure they are curved on the tool to fit your lashline. Note - other ladies with pictures with the magnets showing - they have them on wrong. The magnets wont show if you have them facing each other on your eye lashes. 2) To remove - don't try to slide them off your eyelashes together. This hurts. The magnets hold really well. Instead use your thumb and fore finger, in a gentle pinching fashion, on one set of magnets and slide/separate in the magnets, in different directions, apart on your lashes. Now you are able to painlessly easily separate and remove them. You can use this method to reposition one end as well. They are fun and they look good. The only reason for the four star is I am a little sensitive, and my optic nerve can feel the magnets for some reason as well as the minuscule extra weight. I am one of those people who are sensitive to wifi as well. Most people are not. I have not worn them for multiple hours yet. It might be that the sensitivity goes away and they will be fine. In any case they are inexpensive and fun to try. You could easily remove them during your night out with the pinching method if they bug you later.

These were very small, near impossible to apply and ended up going in the garbage. Do not recommend.

LOOKS GREAT. JUST HAVE TP PRACTICE PUTTING THEM ON.

I was super excited for these to come because I can’t stand applying false lashes but they just don’t look right if they are applied alone or with mascara - in saying this I have found them useful to use in addition with false lashes as it helps secure them in place when you place a set of these over the top and of corse it adds some extra volume to a strip lash!

The lashes are great however, I only received 1 set (4 parts) and the applicator was missing. Can you please send / replace the missing products. 5 stars for the lashes - when they are in stock again I will purchase more.

Wonderful lashes, at first they are straight on you lashes but you have to bend them a bit for them to look natural.
