Very well crafted blade. I like the exotic style . Because it is Damascus steel I oil the blade before storing it in the sheath. The sheath is very stylish and well crafted. The blade is sharp and pointed.

This is a very impressive dagger. The Damascus pattern of the steel is very nice, and it did come with a functional edge on it. If I want to do any finer cutting; like meat or food preparation then I'll give it a better cutting edge; but for now it is quite satisfactory. I initially purchased this knife as a gift, but once I had it in my hands.....wellll....it's ok, they won't know what they missed out on. The file-work on the guard, bolsters, and well, pretty much every part of the knife you could dress up with file-work has been touched with a file. Although it does seem a bit like overkill, I can say it actually adds to the overall impression of the knife's presentation. I am a custom leather worker so it is my intention to build a very fancy sheath for this knife so I can show it off at Renn Faires and other live action fantasy gatherings. The buffalo horn that the handle is comprised of is..well....it's okay for what it is, and I fell that if I ultimately decide I don't like how it looks, I can always cover it up with leather or I can dismantle the knife and rebuild the handle so that it suits me. All in all, I really like how this knife looks and I believe you will too.

I got this for my best friend as a christmas gift because we’re both crazy and don’t get each-other normal gifts. Needless to say, she loved it. The blade is so pretty and very sharp. I don’t really know that much about knives but, from what i can tell, it is very well made and well worth the money

Came out of the box with several chips in the handle and the tip of the knife was splitting.

I love this blade! its Perfect! the balance is in a great place, in the guard. The handle is comfortable in the hand. has a nice weight to it. its aesthetically beautiful. its a pretty impressive length from tip to pummel I wish I could find my measuring tape to give you an accurate length. its definitely longer than a ruler. The sheath is beautiful, and made really well. this whole thing was made masterfully. The only thing I didn't like was that its not very sharp. and I kinda expected that. But it would be nice if it was a little sharper than this. but aside from that this is a great blade. I highly recommend it. I would have given this a 4 and a half stars but I didn't have that option so I gave it 4 stars. but its definitely worth a high score.
