take this every day easier then taking huge pills

My teens can use a tiny dose a few days per week to increase vitamin D levels. It literally takes 10 seconds for me to use the dropper to squirt a dose under their tongue. My daughter’s level (tested during bloodwork) increased to normal levels after 2 weeks.

I was placed on Vitamin D3z by my primary care team. However, the pills irritated my stomach, causing pain. My sister(who is a nurse) suggested switching to the liquid vitamin D. It was a Godsend. It has caused no pain and I immediately saw a difference in my hair growth as it began to thicken in̈ places where it had previously become very thin. I am so grateful for this brand. It is odorless and tasteless. However, I sometimes follow taking it with a drink of juice.

I hate buying this “because my mom needs it”, but to be honest with you, this stuff really works. I can’t say I like the glass bottle (because I’m a klutz and broke one and had to order another but I’ll keep buying this as long as they keep selling it. I’m not even sure what vitamin d is supposed to even do for the body but since she’s come home from the hospital and the doctor told me she needed this, her hair is now CURLY and not fried and her nails have grown really long and now they’re strong. Even her skin looks healthier. Definitely a great value for what you pay for it. Thank you!
