I am very satisfied with this desert cooler. This is my second time purchasing the same Optimus 100 cooler because of its excellent performance and features. I first bought it for my home in 2024, and due to its impressive cooling and reliability, I decided to purchase it again. The cooler comes with dense honeycomb pads along with a mosquito net, and also allows you to fully close the fan wings when not in use, which helps keep dust and insects away. It has a large ice tray that helps enhance cooling during very hot days. The airflow is strong and covers a good area, making it ideal for home use. One of the most convenient features is the auto-fill technology, which saves time and effort. Additionally, the same water motor can be used to drain the water, and it also includes a bottom valve for easy water outlet. Overall, a great product with powerful cooling, useful features, and good durability. Highly recommended!

Cooler creates extreme humidity, even in a well ventilated room during may summer. You’ll start feeling stickiness on body after running it for 5 minutes even on low humidity mode. Cooling is bad, ice chamber doesn’t help at all. I even kept it outside the way traditional coolers were kept, it fails there as well. Cooler is sturdy but it has manufacturing issues like improper fitting and loose knobs. Air throw is very okay, upto 8-10 feet. It’s a highly marketed product for its functionalities but in reality it’s absolutely garbage. I’d suggest to buy a cooler locally and not run behind features.

My experience with this dessert cooler was mixed. First of all, the delivery was very delayed. I received it after around 12 days, which was quite disappointing. When the product arrived, the packaging was in poor condition. The box was damaged and it looked like it had already been opened before, which gave a very bad first impression. However, the cooler itself actually looks very good and has a nice design. It also provides good cooling, so performance-wise it seemed fine. The main issue was with the condition and parts. One drainage pipe was completely missing, and the pipe used to fill water into the tank was loose and not fitting properly. Because of these problems, the product felt incomplete and not properly checked before delivery. Due to these issues, I have requested a return. Overall, the cooler looks good and cools well, but the poor packaging, missing parts, and delayed delivery made my experience disappointing. I would suggest the seller improve quality checks before shipping.

Cooling is really good, even though the fan speed was high, the noise level was very low, the quality was really good, the size was a bit small which made it easy to move around

My biggest worry with desert coolers is always the knob quality—they get the most use. The Crompton Optimus 100 has smooth knobs, but their quality is below average. You often have to nudge them slightly for functions to work properly.The louver quality is just decent—could've been much better. Build feels solid enough, but there are no handlebars, making it tough to move or carry, especially between floors.Overall, it's a decent product that's overpriced. Skip it and go for another desert cooler under ₹10,000—they perform just as well. Don't worry!

This omission proves to be a significant inconvenience, particularly given the substantial weight of the filled 100-liter water tank. The absence of wheels not only impedes mobility but also adds unnecessary difficulty to the user experience, highlighting a failure in fulfilling promised features. Concerns and Resolution: In light of these findings, there is a pressing need for Cropton to address these issues promptly and effectively. As a consumer, it is only reasonable to expect a certain standard of quality, and I am eager to see how the company intends to rectify these shortcomings and uphold its commitment to customer satisfaction.

Best cooler. I usually don't give reviews on Amazon but this product made me post one. I'm using it for 2 days now and it's just amazing. It cooled instantly. If you are sleeping with this on then u will for sure going to be needed a blanket. It make me use blanket in 45°c temprature outside. Best cooler must buy.
