I absolutely love this rice!
The best way to make it is in a rice cooker using the brown rice setting, which takes about an hour and a half—at least with my rice cooker. The result is perfectly fluffy, moist, nutritious and delicious rice. Add a little butter and salt, and you’ll be in heaven. High carbs though so be sure not to eat too much at one time.

This stuff is supposed to be just about the healthiest stuff on the planet. It’s pretty unbelievable. The same number of carbs as you get protein. Completely balanced. And the protein is high-quality plant… I mean it’s just awesome stuff. I can’t rave about it enough.
