Riviera Sun Maxi Summer Dress for Women Long Sundress with Removable Straps

I'm really happy with this purchase. The colors are gorgeous, the fabric is super light-weight and breezy, and it appears to be sewn together durably. The dress comes with clear plastic straps sewn on, but has separate loops on the inside and a packet of navy blue optional fabric straps with hooks on the end. That's a really nice extra touch, though I bought it to wear strapless. I have one tiny complaint- the top of the small is pretty tight without a bra, and I was hoping to be able to wear it with or without a strapless bra underneath. Also, the smocking is not quite short enough to be an empire waist, but not long enough to fit at my natural waist. Therefore, the A-line cut starts up in a slightly awkward place and is super-wide at the top, making the silhouette a little bigger than I prefer. But after a wash the fabric may settle down and hang differently, so I'll try that and see. All in all though, this is perfect for hot Florida summers where it rains torrents for 30 minutes every afternoon. Just long enough to hit my feet (I'm 5'10"), not long enough to drag in puddles, and fast-drying fabric in case I get caught without an umbrella.

I'm 5'4 and the size medium was very long. I tripped on the dress twice. If it werent for the length I would repurchase because it is a really nice dress

Dress sizes have changed. I have been purchasing these dresses from this company for a while now. I recently purchased 2 dresses in the same size I always get and immediately upon arrival I noticed both dresses looked a lot smaller. When trying both dresses on I also noticed the stretch in the top of the dresses are not as stretchy as they use to be either. I went ahead and reorderd the dresses 2 sizes bigger and I'm now very happy with the way both dresses look on me.

I love it and super light weight

I’m 5’2” but omg this dress is sooooo long on me. It’s such a comfortable and pretty dress but unless I cut and hem it, I won’t be able to wear it without tripping with every step. I even tried to tie it up to make it shorter but it doesn’t work bc then it makes it not flowy.

Even though I bought an XL, it was 4 inches too long. I actually had to cut off the hem.

Item was RIPPED and had so many little spots on my fabric.

I'm plus size and it's hard to find dresses that flatter n this one of them. Love it so light n comfortable!!

Nice dress but fits alittle small.

Bought both the 1x and 2x. The 1x was a little tight but fit well. The 2x was perfect. F you are on the bigger size it's worth it to go a size up. Otherwise beautiful dress!

I followed everyone's instructions.. I ordered 2x when usually I wear L or XL.. I'm 5,8 and 165pounds. and it fits perfectly.. maybe a little long.. but its fabulous.. LOVE IT!
