Better off just going to your local Asian market to buy pancit canton. If you can’t find the noodles labeled as “pancit canton” the any lo mein (made with wheat and egg) noodles should work fine. Much cheaper too.

No you don't have to soak these or boil. I do a stir fry and add the pancit noodles on top of the stir fry on medium heat for a short time..the noodles soften and blend with everything...Delish!
