We purchased this after two "similar-but-not-even-remotely-as-durable" units both broke into pieces after the first month of use. We use these in our showroom for literature, and they do a nice job of holding a full stack of each brochure, along with a front that goes up enough to keep brochures from buckling (but not too much to cover up what you're looking at). The assembly was very easy (4-5 minutes, maybe?), the pedestal is very solid, and the wire racks are very attractive. Tip - We ended up sending a small sheet metal screw through the back/top of each of the three racks. Why? The racks simply slip over very strong hangers on the upright portion of the display, but if you try to life and slide the unit, the entire shelf lifts off. We move ours often, so a tiny screw was a simple fix. Unless you move it often, this is most likely a non-issue. Great product!!

We bought this for use in our office, but also to take to fairs, shows and conferences. It came with the ding on the top of the cages, but came so quick it didn't matter. It went together and disassembled in under 5 minutes each. We kept the box for easy transport (we use an suv or agency truck). This was super easy to assemble, turns on a dime, one person can put together and no tools are required. We would buy again if needed.

I chose this style of display for its space-saving arrangement and the ability to rotate 360. I really like the stylish black color. I just wish the packing was better. There was a couple of dings. The box was not sturdy enough to hold and provide protection for the stand.

It's bigger than I expected but that's cool. I bought it to hold some of my cheaper comic books to display for decorative purposes in my man cave. It's not good for that. It's pretty good for large magazines like Maxim, but not comic books. I ended up tripling my books per sleeve to make it look more sensible. I'm not disappointed with the results. It is very strong, made of metal. And somewhat heavy. If you're light in the arms, you might struggle with it, so transport it piece by piece if you must move it around. People are complaining that the stand feels unbalanced, as if it may tip over. I kind of feel that way, but as I don't plan to spin it much, it may not be an issue. As a display tool, it's working out just fine. But I had to skin that cat to make it work. Okay bye.

Pros: Very nice quality feel with heavy steel tubular center rod, heavy strong feeling base, and clean functional racks. Takes 5 minutes to assemble and feels like it will last! A nice plus is that the display racks come on and off in seconds for easy moving. Cons: Still haven't found any problems. Will update if any arise but that is not anticipated.

Box arrived in okay condition (not bent). Each piece was wrapped and protected well. However almost every piece is dented and scuffed. Not what I expected for a brand new item. 2 of the racks are dented so badly at top that they won't straighten. Overall product is very sturdy and easy to put together, but unhappy to have received damaged items (that look packed as damaged)

First, let me say that I work for a nonprofit university. Like many others, I don't have money to just throw away. Second, I knew better than to buy from this brand from previous experience, but I did so anyway. The rack went together very easily and I thought it was going to work great for our needs. As soon as we put brochures on the rack, it started to lean and each of the racks started coming undone from their pegs. No matter how we jimmied this thing, we could not get the racks to stay on their pegs, and we couldn't straighten the pole. Once we took the materials out, it was fine! But that defeats the purpose of the rack in the first place. So I put in a return request to the company and got 1 return label. I threw away the original box that this thing came in, and cannot find another box that even comes close to fitting everything into 1 box. I tried reaching out to customer service to 1) see if they had a box I could use to return this (the person I contacted was very short and said, "no, we can't help you with that") and 2) I asked if we could get labels for multiple returns, and was told they don't do that since I purchased it on an 'online store.' However I have not been able to get a hold of Safco online here at all either. I went so far as to buy a roll of corrugated cardboard to see if I could 'make' a box and return it myself. This failed miserably. So I am screwed out of $230 plus an additional ($30 for the corrugate!) and I don't have a rack for our brochures! I will never purchase anything from Safco again. Very unhappy.

Product itself seems sturdy but both units we ordered have been damaged during delivery making assembly a chore and the racks hang off-kilter. Not to mention, the bent "pockets" don't look very nice. Had this been delivered intact, we would have rated higher. Looks as advertised (if not damaged).
