I was skeptical when I purchased these patches, but have been pleasantly surprised at how good they work. I love the smell of lavender, and these have a very noticeable lavender scent. They are not over-powering though. I have job-related anxiety and stress, and I put 1/2 a patch on my shoulder in the morning, and it takes the edge off. I also use 1/2 a patch at night, and can fall right to sleep. I am on the automatic re-order program because these worked so well.

I like the scent of the Bergamot patches and that there are 10 patches in each metal box.

I was so looking forward to using these for stress relief. But, I found that I don't feel anything different when I use them. But they do smell nice.

These work great, I love them. However, as I said with the sleep aid patch, try cutting them into four pieces first and using the quarter - add another if it doesn't work. One draw back is the product and shipping price!! Yikes, when I first purhased, I bought in a retail shop and know that it less expensive. I guess until I find them locally, I will have to purchase online.

I was very excited to try this for my stress and anxiety. The smell is very strong. So strong that it made me anxious and stressed that everyone around me could smell it at work. It did not have a calming effect, but the complete opposite.
