I own this and yes, it plays several measures of "Music of the Night" from the musical "Phantom of the Opera". The music early in the movie where the Phantom leads Christiana into his home. This music box is a nice decoration in my music room.

Is this harp key wound?

There is no key that can be removed if that is what you are asking. Their is however a little bit at the bottom you do twist for it to work, it does not remove though.
