Where are these hangers made?

I know it's been asked - and maybe it's changed over time. There is contradictory information. Is this hanger flat. Or does it have contour?

It is flat on both sides. That is the reason I purchased them four times. (You can only order one box at a time.) I think they are great, except for open neck sweaters, they fall off... Hope this helps you out Michael

Are these Hangers straight or curved?

As of 12/2016 these are curved not straight like others have answered or maybe gotten before.

Do these hangers rotate from the hook?
