I’ve tried a lot of workout leggings over the years, and these capri leggings are definitely a standout for me! First off, they’re not thin or see-through, which is a huge plus, especially for yoga and workouts where you’re bending a lot. The material feels substantial, but still really comfortable and flexible. They have a nice stretch without losing their shape. The high-waisted fit is flattering and stays in place during workouts, so I’m not constantly adjusting them. I also really appreciate the pocket! For reference, I ordered a size large and the fit is just right, not too tight, not too loose. Overall, these are super comfortable, well-made, and practical for both yoga and general workouts. I’ve been reaching for them consistently since I got them! I ordered two and will probably get more!

It looks good quality and soft. It is NOT See through so good. It DIDN'T roll down but also didn’t in place on my waist all the time. Had some pulling up to do but nothing extreme. It wasn’t thick material but it was still good and sturdy but no compression feeling. Color was black and more importantly it washed well too. It didn’t pill and flexible to stretch in it. So far so good. Good capri height and kept me warm.

I would give these 100 stars if I could. I have been on a quest to find a decent pair of capri leggings for years now. A decent pair that was reasonably priced because A) I'm on a budget B) I need several pairs and C) I need money to buy books (the book thing is why A is there). I found them. I teach group fitness and workout on my own quite a bit. I also throw on my leggings to run errands on the weekends. For starters I'm short. Only 5 feet. Usually capri leggings, even when pulling them up and accounting for the stretch, really hit a little above my ankles. Sometimes the lower part of my calf. These actually look like capris on me. There's not too much extra material to pull up on the legs, but I also think these would work well for taller people. I think that somehow a pair of leggings has been created that works for various heights. They are not sheer. I got the space dye white (and just about every other color in the capri length) and did squats, bent over, contorted myself all the ways I could and couldn't really see through them. I asked some girls at the gym and they said no, they couldn't see through them. I feel like the white might be just slightly, a little smidge of see through, but nothing that would embarrass you. And as someone who was once teaching a class in a pair of solid black leggings that I later found out were very see through when you went down for a squat...I am very rigorous about testing for that. Especially on lighter colors. They stay put. I have worn these on a walk, a run, teaching a strength training class, doing yoga, doing barre...they stayed where I put them in the first place. I never felt like they were falling down or migrating to a different zip code. They are also very supportive. Some leggings I have gotten maybe stayed in place but felt like I was wearing cotton sweatpants or something. These are the exact opposite of that. The waistband is actually comfortable as well. Sometimes decent leggings that stay in place and are supportive have a waistband that feel as though it's cutting me in half. Not these. I can move and breath quite comfortably in these. I ordered two pairs at first just see how these would work. I thought they'd be OK enough, but I'd still have to look around. Nope. These were the pair I had been searching for. I ordered just about every color I could in the capri length and several pairs of the black. I have found my favorite leggings. I love them. Oh, and they have pockets! :-)

This is the second pair I have ordered! I love the first pair. They feel so comfortable and the material is soft but firm. They fit like a glove. Can't hurt to have an extra pair on hand.

First purchased their 6 inch shorts fell in love with them. So thought why not try this style, and very comfortable, not see through same can be said impressive quality. Fits perfectly, true to size specs on IUGA size chart buying other colors. Really appreciate the video presentations. Forever New Liquid soap sold here on Amazon keeps all my clothes looking new. Remember inside out cold water no dryer.

I've purchased this brand at least 7 or 8 times over the last several years (full length). They have all worn and washed really well (washed inside out in cold and dry on low). No see through nor pilling. I'm coming back for more due to losing weight. I use them for hiking, working out, yard work and lounging around in. On really cold nights, I also used them for pj bottoms and have slept in them. I have a couple of cats and once in a while they'll launch off my lap and their claws didn't leave snags, tears nor holes...they're all still in excellent condition. None of the pairs I have are hair magnets and any hair that gets on them wipes off easily. No holes nor pilling of material on the inner thighs (I affectionately called it my chub rub area). I am surprised by some of the poor reviews but I've been blessed with pairs that have not had any problems, that have stood the test of time and many washes. I'm 5'3 and was 190lbs and initially ordered a large to accommodate my gut. They easily fit but didn't give any support around my tummy. I returned them and got a medium. Those were perfect! Snug tummy control without cutting me in half due to the wide and high waistband, yet they were super comfortable. They also helped hide my cellulite (just keeping it real) and gave me a smoother look. Loved them! I'm now down to 137 lbs and the small gives me that perfect fit i love....and the length is perfect for capris! These white ones are not see through and show no pantylines, but I wear thongs so that may make a difference. I just ordered 3 more pairs of capris in small for the hiking season, as even though they're thicker material than most, they're still very breathable. Being at the age of hot flashes, that's extremely important. I've tried many other yoga pants and have returned all of them. Some had thin waistbands that accentuated fat rolls and pinched at the waist, most were very thin material that didn't smooth nor support and some were just weirdly cut making for an odd, uncomfortable and unflattering fit. Not this brand! The pockets are great for my large cell phone and the 2 keys and small fob I bring on hikes. I've even used the pockets for smaller water bottles. I've used and abused all of mine and they've all held up great (they're all 3-4 yrs old). When I hit my goal weight, I'll be stocking up on extra smalls and donating my mediums, but keep my smalls. If for some reason, i get a pair that has a flaw in them, I'll simply return and replace with the same item. Love this brand!!! In short, if you want a snugger fit with great support, go one size down. If you don't need much support, order the size specified. Either way, these are stretchy and forgiving. Hope this helps someone, as finding the right fit for me was a process of reading hundreds of reviews on different brands and doing a lot of buying and returning. These are my "keepers" and "buy more as needed".

I've always avoided leggings as lets be honest they are not the most flattering of leg wear. I am a size 12/14 - with lock-down maybe more a 14 than a 12. Wanted something I can start to do YouTube exercise at home, as I wasn't sure I was going to venture out of the house in them. Order these from IUGA, material and finish is lovely - soft to touch. They fit really well, I ordered a Large. They are not see through and don't show your skins finish - ie lumps and bumps, with the sticking where it is they are really flattering and have great control around your tummy and bum area. I have even ventured out of the house in them and felt confident and not worried I look like an idiot. The pockets are on both legs and easily hold your phone or keys. The quality of the material is lovely, and so much that I have already ordered a second pair in a different colour. I am planning on wearing these now on hikes and on my bike, and not just in the house. Although they would make you feel like you are ready for exercising so why not get them anyway. Would consider the longer length for for the winter as an option too.

Absolutely fantastic leggings. I'm always dubious about online purchases, size and quality wise, but these are just fab. They're tight enough to run in (I don't usually run in anything without a drawstring but these don't need one) and they fit perfectly. They're flattering and practical, the wide, double thickness waistband is great, and there are 3 pockets, 2 large and 1 small. I will be buying more pairs of these; after trawling the shops for months and only finding wholly unsuitable items (it seems sports shops only stock fashion wear these days and not kit to be ACTUALLY used in a gym?) I'm happy I've finally found a decent product

I’ve had these IUGA Capri Leggings since 2021, and they’re still in great condition. The high waist fits nicely and stays in place during running and yoga, which I appreciate. The cropped length is perfect for warmer days, and the fabric feels breathable but supportive. The pockets are a great bonus — big enough to hold my phone or keys securely while I’m out and about. The only small downside is that they can feel a bit snug around the calves if you have larger legs, but they still stretch enough to be comfortable. Overall, good quality leggings that look great and work well for active days.
