I ordered this as I’ve been looking at this for months and decided to pull the trigger. I graduated PT pretty quickly but life got in the way and I slipped up on my exercises and breathing which caused a tight pelvic floor again. This tool has completely changed this. I will say I learned how to release these muscles effectively through PT which has made this product super easy to use. But you must keep up on the strengthening and proper breathing. This tool is great, I think every woman should have one, it releases tension and the trigger point on the end is perfect.

My husband suffered a spinal cord injury and was placed on a bowel program. We tried the standard digital stimulation tool without success and decided to give the pelvic wand a try. Not the intended use, but what a success!! We are thrilled that the pelvic wand can help provide independence in this daily living task.

Very easy to use once you know what you're doing. My PFT recommended this and taught me how to use it. It's soft, easy to clean, and comes with a discreet carrying bag.
