Borage Seeds – Extra Large Packet – Over 1,200 Open Pollinated Non-GMO Wildflower Seeds – Borago officianalis

I have had pretty good luck with this company so far. I will be adding bees to our homestead this Spring and Borage is a great, easy to grow, be magnet. I have grow this for many years but did not save seeds last year, so as annuals work, I am starting from scratch and am planting a very large plot. We will see how viability is come Spring/Summer.

Beautiful, Healthy and Thriving. The plants are over 4ft tall I’ve never seen borage get this big but they are strong and full of blue and pink blooms and just keep going! I had to stake because they get a little floppy during heat but otherwise super impressed!

I ordered a variety of healing flower seeds for my garden and planted them just before fall set in. Even though this is a multi-seed review, I’m thrilled to share that when I lifted the frost cloth today, my wildflowers are already starting to bloom beautifully. They’ll be more than ready for spring, and I couldn’t be more excited. This mix is proving to be resilient and rewarding, and I’ll be posting spring photos once everything is in full bloom. For now, I can say these seeds are off to a wonderful start.

Started a whole cell tray with one seed per oasis cube and it looks like all are sprouting Heat mat made them pop fast

Seeds were great! Planted a dozen seeds and now have 12 healthy plants. I imagine I would have the same success with the rest in the packet. Would buy again.

I love the quantity and quality of the seeds and resealable packaging. Beekeeper here. Borage’s nectaries are able to produce nectar virtually all day. Honey bees adore this plant!!! Great companion plant. It also attracts insects, that are predators of common garden pests, like aphids, tomato hornworms etc. I’m organic so I love seeing wasps, Syrphid flies (they look like seat bees), etc. all stopping by in droves to drink nectar. As larva, Syrphids eat insects and destroy large swaths of eggs. The wasps really don’t sting, but they inject their eggs into caterpillars, and the larva eat the host inside out! Beautiful, and even culinarily useful …try German Gruen (green) sauce, a faint hint of cucumber. Flowers adorn pastries and summer drinks, also edible!
