Works great! I was initially alarmed when I noticed the nipple on the top had been cross-threaded and forced in at an angle. :( But when I read the instructions and noticed it was a dummy nipple with no actual functionality beyond providing a place to dock the unused nozzle to keep it clean, then my concern evaporated. It would be nice if it wasn't cross-threaded but it doesn't impact its functionality at all, and I like this feature quite a lot.

Nice quality. Came quickly. Love the fact that you can store the hose on the unit so it doesn’t leak! Lots of load options as well.

The rod catch doesn't work - so I had to use some small Vise Grips to lock the plunger rod back. Other than that, it works perfectly! The back end cap that the rod goes through is a bit flimsy, but there again it works. The plunger rod catch is the reason for only a 4 star rating.

This grease gun was exactly what I ordered and it works very well. It was very easily loaded.

This is by far the worst grease gun I’ve ever used.It doesn’t prime. It doesn’t pump. It doesn’t work. The handle feels cheap and unstable. The plunger constantly jams and won’t pull grease properly. The coupler leaks. The hose kinks easily and doesn’t hold pressure. No matter how many times you bleed it or reassemble it, it fails to deliver grease consistently — if at all.I’ve wasted more time and product trying to get this thing to function than the tool is even worth. It’s poorly built, unreliable, and clearly made with zero quality control. There is absolutely nothing redeeming about it.If you’re looking for a tool that will waste your time, ruin your workflow, and leave you covered in grease and frustration, this is it. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and avoid this garbage entirely.This product should not be on the market.

Bought this guy because my other grease gun quit working and this one was a pistol grip and at a fair price. I also purchased the twin pack of "Red" grease suggested at the same time. This gun loaded right up and primed first try, without having to reload and reprime which occurs with new grease guns. It is easy to use and operate, and comes with changeable flexible and hard tubes for different applications. I am very impressed with it at this time, with the price and ease of use. We will see if it will stand the test of time and frequent use on the old homestead. If it does, I will buy again.
