The hibiscus tea quality is decent and tastes fine, but I was expecting whole dried flowers as shown/described. Instead, the package contains very small flower petals and broken pieces. This makes it slightly inconvenient to use and not what I expected. Packaging and delivery were fine, but the product description should be clearer. Overall okay, but could be better. ⭐⭐⭐

Many teas come packaged in a tea bag, which I try to avoid. This tea came loose leaf as described. During the hot weather, it was a great alternative drink cooled down. Very refreshing at a reasonable price. Be careful to only drink 1-3 cups per day to avoid stomach upset or other side effects.

Got my item today, even i waited for somedays its worth it, the product is great,.

Product was delivered in a flat cardboard envelop, it got damaged and now looks so ugly that I don't feel like opening the box to enjoy the tea. Reason I bought the tea is also that the box looks nice... Too bad I cannot return it anymore.. disappointed :(
