My wife just bought Aji Mirasol but I don't know where to use it. Any recipes suggestions???

Aji Mirasol is very hot. You must cut it with some chicken broth or white wine to cut the heat. I would test it out before you use it in any recipes. It is used in Peruvian stir fry like beef or chicken soltado. It is so hot I stopped using it. Mike

what are ingredients in Aji Amarillo? gluten? dairy?

This is Ají Mirasol, which is dried ají amarillo. The ingredients are dried yellow hot peppers, salt, citric acid, and sodium benzoate (as a preservative). Sodium benzoate is gluten-free, so nothing to worry about! And no dairy in this product, either. I buy this all the time, together with Ají Amarillo and Ají Panca to cook Peruvian food. My husband has Celiac Disease and he has never had a reaction with any of these products. Hope this helps! :)
