Finally, the PERFECT bowl for soup, cereal, salad or serving small quantities. STORAGE - They nest all the way inside each other so that I can stack twice as many as my other old ones. DISHWASHER - Load in every tine slot so I can fit twice as many bowls, no need to skip spaces. SHINY FINISH - Smooth, no metal-marking. Old other brand got to look like a bunch of grey hairs inside, gross. MICROWAVE - The bowls don't get hot in the microwave, only your food. EASY-TO-GRASP EDGE - The flare shape means a cooler top edge when moving them with hot food inside. SIZE - Comfortably hold 2 cups to 18 ounces. 20 ounces is right up to the very brim. QUALITY - All 12 are perfect. Bottoms level, no blemishes in the finish. COLOR - As with lightbulbs, there are warm and cool whites. I have an eclectic mix of COOL WHITE dishes (Palm Catering dinner plates, Ikea 13286 and 21986 smaller plates, Stonehedge Midwinter serving bowls, and some unmarked small dessert bowls). These 10 Strawberry Street bowls match almost perfectly with all of them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Good size, nice quality, nests perfectly into the dishwasher (!!!!! important), great buy. Since we bought them, no dishwasher load is without several of these bowls - we use them every day. In other terms, scores very high on usability and user friendliness!

Good quality at a good price

At $2 a bowl, this is a great value. (?) Some reviewers complain about the size of the bowl, but the size is clearly marked in the product name. It doesn't take much effort to pull out a ruler to get a good idea how big a 6" bowl is. It's like buying a 5 foot tripod, then complaining that it's too short. (+) My three kids use them every day for morning cereal and afternoon snacks. it works great for them. We've used them for several weeks now, no scratches, no dings, no problems with constant dishwasher use. (-) I've given it 4 stars, because it is not a pure white, but an off white, light gray color. it doesn't perfectly match my mikasa set, but it's close enough that most people won't notice it.

I bought these 2 years and they still look new. Perfect size. I bought more because I drop things and needed a refill.

I bought these small porcelain bowls with the original catering sets of dinner plates and salad plates also made by 10 Strawberry Street over 10 years ago. Somehow, whenever I slip on a rug or slide on a spill on the floor and come crashing down with shards of broken pottery (not really pottery -- they truly are porcelain), it's always one or more of these that I was carrying. Maybe it's just because I also use them most frequently -- for single serving side dishes, to microwave a serving of leftovers, to serve salsa or mixed olives or hummus, for yogurt and granola for breakfast or a helping of cottage cheese, for a fruit dessert, or for condiments for sandwiches or on taco night. And there's something elementally satisfying about their unusual shape. They're simple, yet graceful, with both curves and a straight area at the bottom to make even a fork practical if necessary. I'm ridiculously pleased with them. So I was thrilled to find these here on Amazon and to order a dozen to replenish my supply of these hard-working items in my dish cabinet. Am very glad not to be nervous anymore about smashing my last few!!! Happy, happy.... (and yes, they do hold up very, very well, both in regular use and in the dishwasher -- just don't try falling with them onto the floor!). :)

Our family absolutely loves these bowls. This is the second time we've purchased them and we will keep purchasing them in the future. They withstand a young children multiple runs through the dishwasher, microwave and some pretty significant manhandling. Quality and value is definitely up there. I've been using Gluckstein home catering plates bowls and cups for years these strawberry Street bowls hold up just as well to quality name brand ones.

I have limited cabinet space so I needed a bowl set that stacked well and I'm happy with my purchase. I can fit about 10 of them at a time in a stack. I use them every day for my greek yogurt and fruit and I've ran them through the dishwasher several dozen times without issue. No cracking or wear issues, and they feel solid and strong in the hand. Their shape lets you put a lot of food in them without making it hard to scrape the bottom of the bowl, or having it slosh out of the sides.
