Amazing vacuum
The device is excellent, powerful and has the advantage of freedom of movement, and it is one of the best brooms I used, and the only drawback is its high price

Very efficient and easy to use.
Easy and handy to use. Lightweight and great suction power. Great for cat hairs. Easy to empty and easy to change tools. Great visual digital display for time left in battery. All over well worth the money. I saved up for this and it has changed my world. Highly recommended!

Love the Dyson but think it expensive compared to others
Good on dog hair , it’s my second Dyson , just hoping this one lasts longer than the last one , or it will be my last one as too expensive for your getting

Garbage
Bought one elsewhere but was defective right out the box. £550 and it la defective. Their customer service is nonexistent. When you do speak to someone they are useless - basically reading off a script. Interestingly this is the 2nd Dyson we’ve had where is knackered out the box. Thought they’d maybe have improved but they haven’t. The last one, once replaced, became defective for the “max” setting so couldn’t use that otherwise the battery shorted out. In summary, Dyson have proven to be excessively poor quality with such poor customer service - just smacks of arrogance. Swapped for a Henry cordless to supplement our SEBO. If I were to advise of the best in class then go for a SEBO. I was advised to go for this by a repair shop. As far as cordless goes - the Henry Quick is doing well although it’s early days but as least, unlike the crappy Dyson, worked out the box.

Brilliant!
Having arthritis in both hands I was finding the Dyson upright animal difficult to manoeuvre but find cleaning much easier with the V11 animal.

Dyson Animal V11
Great machine works real well. A little difficult to empty until you put it back on wall holder to empty then it's much easier. Doesn't hold much I have two Sheppard dogs and new carpets could be better. A great improvement on my last Animal V15. Work needed on design and a better price would be very good. Overall machine works well.
