The strips are narrow and short but if you write small and line up the sticker above where you plan on covering it's totally doable. For being amazingly thin, they are amazingly strong. Peeling them off takes a bit of finess but none of the corners have bent or chipped. They're smooth, no trouble or over-wobble to fight with placing them down and their scratchability is impressive. The surface dosen't knick easily and it's still easy enough to scratch off with a fingernail. You can scratch the entire silver layer off equally as easily in all areas (no ends that linger or are difficult.) They're so thin that they sit flush with paper AND there isn't any lifting or pulling that peels once it's pressed on. So when/if you scratch the whole thing off you can hardly even tell the transparent film is there. They work PERFECTLY! The other thing I love about them is that the little flakes aren't waxy or sticky and brush right off. I think the current $4.89 list price for 150 of them is COMPLETELY worthwhile.
