Hikari HK22206 1.23 oz Vibra Bites Tropical Fish Food

I downgraded to a smaller tank after my last large fish passed, meaning I now run on much smaller filtration system . I was previously feeding bug bites, but it clouded the smaller tank something awful. After a week of researching brands I grabbed a bag of this. The food doesn't smell to bad, not overly pungent which is nice. I can't even describe how excited my fish get now when they see the bag. Even my Corydoras comes to the front excited, and they have always hidden in the back when someone passed by. They're all even slowly gaining some brighter colors! Great Food!

Here’s a polished version of your review: I have German Electric Blue Rams, and they go absolutely nuts for this food! Since I started using it, I’ve noticed their colors have become noticeably more vivid, which is amazing. My only (very minor) complaint is that the pellets sink after about 30 seconds, so if your fish are slower eaters, it will leave waste. Overall, though, this is a fantastic product that my fish clearly love, and I’ll definitely be repurchasing. Highly recommend!

I feed these to my goldfish as an extra treat and they love it. Been using this for a while now and my goldfish has gotten bigger and is in good health. Good price, great size, easy to use, so I'm happy. Will continue to buy.

My little piggies absolutely love this stuff! Hikari really nailed it with this product when trying to replicate a natural looking and appealing fish food. I've been using these for a few days and I've already noticed great color enhancement among my fishy-friends! I feed frozen bloodworms, freeze dried shrimp, Ocean Nutrition minis. My young angelfish, guppies and corydorus STILL go nuts over these tiny worm-like sticks! These are certainly small enough for most tropical fish, but if you find that your fish are having problems eating them, they are easily broken into tiny pieces before feeding. Update January 27, 2020: All of my tanks inhabitants still seem to prefer these over all of the other foods I've offered!! (other than frozen bloodworms) I couldn't be more pleased with the growth rate of my Angels & color payoff in everyone in the aquarium.

None of my fish will eat this. Not my angels not my Betta. I was hopeful based on some of other reviews that they would like it. None of them would eat it. I even softened them thinking it was too hard and still they wouldn’t eat. Actually 1 angel put in its mouth and then spit it out. Guess they were telling me!

Dieses Futter ist sehr gut. Ich füttere hauptsächlich Frostfutter. Ab und an aber auch mal widerwillig Flocken. Flocken lasse ich zunehmend weg und habe das durch Granulat und Vibra Bites ersetzt. Wird von allen Fischen, die groß genug sind, sehr gut angenommen. Auch ein Kampffisch nimmt es sehr gut an, obwohl er das nicht kannte. Habe mittlerweile aber einen örtlichen Händler gefunden, wo ich die ganze Palette von Hikari kaufen kann. Sehr zu empfehlen.

My fish love these bites. I have Endlers, Cory’s, loaches, tetras, snails and shrimp and they all have a go. The sticks are a little big for them so I grind them with my fingers to a bite size. They take a while to sink but reach the bottom eventually. Great alternative to flakes or granules.

Fish went nuts for it, looks like bloodworm falling really slowly in the tank.
