I ordered the natural shades and received the matte ones. How does this get fixed?

All the shades are matte... for me that is only what I wanted.

What are the Ingredients?

This product has 29 listed ingredients whose names are at least eight characters long (and are mostly unpronounceable ...and I've had four years of Latin), and a statement that reads, "MAY CONTAIN" and lists an additional 11 ingredients of the same sort. I don't use it because I have sensitive eyes. I ordered some Almay that works better for me. If you do not have sensitive eyes, you may want to give it a try.
