Definitely energising & motivating; (although did make me feel a bit jittery).

I noticed a change in my stress levels very quickly.. After around 10 days of taking this. Life's stresses still exist and I notice them, but I'm not having the physical bubbling feelings inside. Knots in the stomach, feelings of anger in my chest. I don't over react because the physical sensations of stress aren't fuelling an extreme reaction. Sure, stuff still irritates me but it's not over the top irritarion. I just feel more balanced. These are really good.

The reversal of salisoride to rosavin content works.. it is more stimulating, though the rosavins are (supposedly) calming and work in synergy with the salisoride. I did notice a tension in my chest and upset stomach with this... like having 3x strong coffees. That does abate after a few hours and you are left energized although it could easily also tip you over into anxiety and jitters if you also had the coffees and other supplements.

I was very happy with this product. I took it for about two months last fall when the days were getting shorter and my to do list was piling up. In my particular case, I thought it had five main benefits: 1) Increased stress tolerance, 2) General feeling of wellness, 3) Made me feel smarter (but not in a 'speedy' sort of way), 4) Reduced coffee cravings, and 5) Stronger workouts at the gym. The only side effect I experienced was slight dry mouth, which I was able to fix by reducing my dosage.
