Can these wipes be flushed down the toilet?

The listing and product photo I am looking at says flushable. I bought 3 single packs a couple months ago and have been flushing them. However, I feel like this same Q&A stream shows up on the flushable and "Eco-sensitive" / nonflushable listings. Perhaps this is just a tech/Amazon glitch?

Is this one large pack of wipes, or are the wipes divided into smaller packages? If so, how many packages are included?

the package says they expire, is this once they're opened? I purchased 12 packs and now realize they will not be used by expiration date.

As long as they are either sealed (unopened) or sealed, they should retain their moist freshness. I've used them past the expiration date.
