Memory lane of the last of the singers who could sing - related to Cissy and Whitney and Leontyne Price and DeeDee Warwick - for starters - how could she not sing and knock her songs out of the park. Get this CD. If only for the Lady's DNA - what a voice. Such a sadness comes over me - our loss.

Once in a lifetime
Anyone watch any of the TV series that are singer based? A lot of us for certain. There is always someone who wishes to tackle Whitney Houston. Perhaps that is best left of the set list. Whitney is likely one of the best singers of all time. Very broad statement given history, but the volume of work and her vocal abilities are a hard act to follow. I do not believe we will see another for generations. This compilation is very solid and will please a wide range of listeners and is welcome copy to my CD collection, another thing I enjoy. Something to be said about tangible media that you can touch, display, and listen to.
