Will last a while, easy way to add great flavor, not too spicy...
We previously purchased another brand in a much smaller bottle and went through it quickly. The other brand seemed a little spicier (hot), but this one definitely has a very nice taste. You can add more to make spicier. We will shake it on sauteed vegetables. If you've previously purchased regular sized spice bottles of this blend of spices and ran out quickly, this one is probably 7+ times more volume and it will last a while. Togarashi is a blend of commonly used Japanese spice items. Kind of the Japanese equivalent of Italian Seasoning :-). One of our go to spices that takes boring and bland to tasty.

Love it
I love using Togarashi-style seasoning for lots of stuff. My first use was just sprinkling it on popcorn. I love this blend. It's heavy on chili flakes, with just a hint of orange peel and nori. Personally I'd like a touch more nori in my blend, but that would be easy enough to remedy. Overall this togarashi does what it should. It adds as salty, spicy, umami combo to whatever you sprinkle it on. Recommended.

Quantity over quality
Honestly, I would not buy again. The freshness isn’t what I hoped for. Tasted a bit old and flavorless.

Great products, fresh. Flavorful
Rolled some sushi in togarashi. This was at home, but I do cook professionally in San Diego and have been using spiceology products for a long time. These guys are great. Awesome products. I'm not a sushi chef by the way, before anyone roasts my picture.

I put it on everything
I love this spice mixture. It is the closest thing I’ve found to authenticate mixes I’ve bought in Tokyo. There is no salt in this so it is a healthy complex and slightly spicy companion to a lot of things. I’ll recommend it on any rice bowl or eggs, pizza, fish, mac & cheese, cottage cheese and more.

No flavor
Not much flavor like if It was stale, had to put in A LOT to make it taste peppery and it's a chunky blend so it wasn't great on the texture of the dish

I have food intolerances that spice blends are difficult for me to find ones I can use. This one met my needs and was surprisingly flavorful. I used on salmon, and even in seafood gumbo.
