The SriSri Tattva organic brown sugar is made from molasses and is supposed to contain less carbohydrates than normal refined sugar. I use this for sometime now as I am diabetic and should avoid high carb products to control my sugar levels on a daily basis. In a recent conversation with my doctor I was informed that any type of sugar has high carbohydrates which can be harmful to a diabetic however, brown sugar is less harmful than the normal refined white sugar found in most products. As you know anything consumed to an excess causes disbalance to our metabolism and health. Thus it is advisable to cut down on sugar intake as a whole if you are diabetic. I definitely recommend SriSri Tattva organic brown sugar if you are health conscious and have faith in organic products than those coming from major branded manufacturers, which might be economical but expensive in the long run if your health is impacted.

Healthy and highned product

I deal cheated. In the name of organic brown sugar, it is ordinary sugar with added brown colour. Company has taken Indian customers for a raid. There is no use in blaming them as we are responsible for their cheating. Better to buy jaggery in local stores, than encouraging these fake organic sugar.

The product is good but it can neither be justified or reasonable for them to insist minimum order of 6 kgs.

Good for health

When I purchased and used it I felt the same taste of white sugar .I tested it by putting it in water instead of putting in milk or tea.The colour of water got changed to brown even without stirring and the sugar became white in colour.I purchased it fom another store nearby and the quality was good but what I got online was a fraud product
