I have a laptop, wacom touch display and a monitor...can i connect these 3 things together with hdmi splitter?

Kinivo Premium 4K HDMI Switch/Splitter HDMI Switcher

In this splitter having one HDMI input and 2nos of HDMI output. One output you can give it to wacom touch display and another one to Monitor but it will show only one display that means Laptop screen display + Monitor or Laptop screen display + wacom touch display. There is a changeover switch on the Splitter box. If you press the switch, then monitor show display and press again the wacom touch show display.

Note: 1.Check your laptop processor is Graphic processor? then only you can get 2 display otherwise you get only one display (Laptop screen or Monitor or Wacom touch)

2. The operating system should be Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 then only you can do the twin monitor setup. If you use windows 7, nothing will work.

3. I am using this splitter for DTH set top box to a TV or Projector.

I have cctv cameras with 3 recorders.  As the tv has 2 hdmi ports i cant seem to add the 3 port.  Would this product help?  If so please explain

If recorders have HDMI outputs it should work alternately of course. But these switchers tend to give trouble later on & I got so fed up that now I have a TV with 3 HDMI inputs which serves my purpose very well & mo fiddling around with the switcher every time. I tried several but they all eventually gave trouble.
