Takeya 51028 Actives Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle with Spout Lid, 18/8 Food Grade, Teal

I love this brand and will be very loyal to it as it's genuinely leak proof. It also keeps cold liquid cold, and hot liquid hot for hours. I have this one for water when hiking. I have a smaller one for hot drinks for hiking/ work. Both I put on their side in bags or flat in the car well, and they've never leaked. I've also dropped them several times from waist height onto tarmac, without hardly a mark sustained.

Disappointed and it only began a few months after purchase so I don't think it's eligible for a refund. The search for a proper water bottle continues.

This works great so far. I put ice in it before I leave for work and then put water in it when I arrive at work. Sometimes there is still a little ice when I get home at night. Even when all the ice is melted, the water is still really, really cold. I have the 18 ounce also and both work great so far. I have used the 18 oz one while running errands in the Arizona heat. I put cold (not ice) water in it and leave it in the hot 100 degree car and two hours later it is still as cold as when I put it in there. I haven't had trouble with the lids yet as some others have reported so time will tell.

My second purchase, this is a great water bottle, Keeps ice all day. Water stays cold and doesn't leak at all. First one lasted me over a year bouncing around in my service truck before the lid started to leak a very little bit. And that is impressive. I'm hard on water bottles, usually have to replace them every 3 - 6 months.

Beautiful bottle that does a great job of keeping water cold. I love that the lid is insulated too (no condensation issues in my bag). The moveable finger loop is also a great space saver.

Love the strong handle, because the bottle fairly big to hold. Keeps water cold for the entire day!

Item came without a box, but wrapped in bubble plastic. Thankfully there’s no dents in the bottle. Kept my drink cold for hours. I put a lot of ice and lukewarm water. There’s still a lot of ice left at the 8th hour mark. Best part is it fits in my bike bottle cage! I hated the smell of the plastic sports bottle when it gets warm, so this one is really awesome. Cold water plus no funky smell is awesome.
