WRONG INFORMATION

I used that formula way back in 2001 when i was 14-15 years old.
After 18 years I am writing review.This book contains methods it specifically mentioned that it increased only till some centimeteres inches.as naturally this much is possible.It did had effect on me .and I had right postures .Since i was in growing stage i grew a bit .That was now i am 1.69 m i appear taller though i am shorter than others .Thsi book changed my life somehow .I can say i regret readinig or it was a blesisng .Because i was so focussed in increasing my height that i lost focus in other things and all,But the increase inheight is some 1-2 cm by natural method that should be kept in mind .All due to out back bone structure which is bent and by proper posture it bit straighted and we appear taller.and so posture is importatn that book focused primary on that .there ar 10 exercised that need to be done every mornign .and some diet stuffs.if you do that every mornign it takes some 30 min you shall feel pleasant fo rest of the day and have a good posture.better calculate your maximum potential height
