Not bad for Organic
Unfortunately many of Dangmyeons are made in China. Even though the product is made in China I decided to buy it because I trust the brand, Chung Jung One -- I grew up eating their products. Their products are known for pricier than most but often have better quality. The noodles are nicely packaged and you just need to boil the noodle for 6 mins to cook them. The texture was good and the taste was clean. The noodles are precut already to its very easy to fit in to a pot. I was fairly pleased with the product. I think this is one of better quality you can find on Amazon.

Just the right size.
So I'm not sure how much flavor these really have. When I ate them alone it was plain, and then I got the starchy after taste, which was pleasant. I think these noodles are more so for carrying flavor than having there own. It was my first time using this. But it was necessary to make a hot and sour soup I replicated and jap-chae. The good thing about these noodles is that they're already cut down to the proper size. Others come in a longer form and you have to break them apart. I would buy these again. The chewy texture was also great.

Talk about a WIN-WIN!
THIS was one of my BEST buys. It is a clear pasta. It's made from sweet potato. When we order Chinese food with gravy we boil up some of this pasta and pour the food over this pasta.

I buy this for japchae and it is so good!!! Highly recommend. Love the clean ingredients.

I am currently on an AIP diet and these were recommended in a group. They are absolutely delicious. I boil them for 6 minutes, drain, and give them a quick rinse. If you like a chewy noodle these are for you! I eat them with a nomato sauce I made but can't wait to try them with other sauces.

Easy to use, good in broths.
Clean ingredient, no flour or gluten, good in dashi or other broth, easy to cook. I like the fact that these are bundled in little paper rings and you don't have to cut or break them like some other similar products. Just remove the ring and throw the bunch in.
