I purchased a Dell Precision 3551 laptop. I waited to write this review because I decided to test the battery for a month and a half. I calibrated the battery first before using it normally. The quality of the manufacturing material and fit is very good. The manual is very clear. Its lifespan is very good. The downside is that the battery has a capacity of 63,992, but the first charge to date reached 60,041, but after the first charge it has remained at 58,125 to 58,277. Not bad for a cheap battery. The BIOS and the PC in general don't have any errors when using this battery. In conclusion, I would say: Positive: - The battery has the exact shape of the original battery - The battery life is very good for its price - The parts are of good quality - The packaging is secure Negative: - The charge is not complete I've attached photos of the performance

When we installed this battery initially we had reading of 255% battery level and that the laptop was charging yet was not plugged in. We ran dell troubleshooting and couldn't come up with a solution. I called Amazon tech support who were amazing and offered a simple solution that worked and that was to turn off the laptop take the battery out and put the battery back in and it worked. it just needs to register that it doesn't have a battery and then when you put the new battery in it will register the new battery without dells chip. This battery is fantastic and the price point is great. 10 out of 10 will buy again if needed.

Just replaced this and noticed I bought it 3 years ago. It had been degrading for a while so I’m guessing I got solid 2 years out of it. Not bad for an off brand battery (I’ve typivall 3ish years out of OEM. Since this was a fraction of the one price I am satisfied

EDIT: Added another star. After writing the review, customer service reached out and offered to send a new battery at no cost. Glad to see that the replacement battery last me about 3 and a half hours per charge. I would purchase another product from ZTHY, because of the customer service. I purchased this battery to replace the original in my Dell G3 3579 (2018). The replacement was simple and as easy as unscrewing the laptop, and unplugging the battery, and replacing. When receiving the package I noticed that one of the screw hooks was broken but that was not an issue when replacing the battery. According to the battery report, after about a month of use, the battery shows 49Wh capacity compared to the 56Wh design capacity. (Was at 32Wh with the original battery) With the replacement battery, I've been able to average 2 hours of use before having to connect, mainly using the web or watching videos. That's about a half an hour increase from the original battery, compared to the 4 hours I was able to get when I first purchased the laptop, which I was expecting to receive with the replacement.

Excellent service and a great battery! I run into issues initially using the battery with my Dell Latitude 5421, but after getting help from ZTHY the issue was solved and now I have a perfectly functional laptop. It runs as fast off the battery as it does when connected to a power adapter. Replacing the battery was easy, and the product page has all the necessary information.

I purchased this battery about 10 months ago. A few days ago, it suddenly went dead. It is not like losing capacity slowly, but just went dead suddenly. I lost my work because of it. Now it shows that it still has 90% power, but as long as the power cord is off, my computer goes dead. On Amazon page for this product, it says 1 year replacement warranty, but I went to the web site of the company and it says 6 month replacement and 6 month repair, buyer pays shipping. Inconsistent advertisement!!! In any case, I tried to contact the company (submitted a request on their own web site), there is still no response after 3 days. Very disappointing!!! BTW, I have been very careful in using this battery. Followed the advice in the beginning to boot the battery from around 10% (first time). After that, mostly I use AC adapter and I have never left the battery level drop to below 30% (set my laptop to shut down when it is below 30%). I can only conclude that the battery quality is really low to go fully dead after just 10 months (strange way of going away also). I have been using laptops for a long time and bought third party batteries several times. They all behave properly (in all cases, capacity did go down, but slowly, and lasted more than 2 years till I replaced the laptop). Unfortunately, very few third parties make this 33YDH battery and I made a bad choice in purchasing it.

It was the exact battery works great

So I bought this Feb 2021 to replace the original in my inspiron 17 2n1. About a month ago the laptop started acting funny. I thought maybe it was the charging port, so I replaced it. Still funny. So I changed out the old dell battery for this one and it started wrking better. So after less than 18 months the battery is no good no extra damage or anything to it. Just the use over the months and the battery is no longer any good I can't find any warranty info anywhere so now we will have yo purchase another battery if we want to use the laptop. Really sucky!

Wegen der guten Bewertung und Kundenrezensionen hier in Amazon habe ich mich für den Kauf entschieden. Mein alter original Batteriesatz hatte nicht mehr funktioniert. Die Entscheidung war sehr gut, die Laufzeit des i7 17" Laptops beträgt im Baterie Modus (mehr Akkueffizienz) nun 5 Stunden (einem Monat nach Kauf) und ich bin sehr zufrieden. Lieferung und Verpackung von Amazon waren einwandfrei. Einbau habe ich selbst vorgenommen. Von mir 5 Sterne.

Compre una que se degradó al mes, la tuve dos meses y la devolví, DELL decia que habia pasado su vida util, KYUER contactó conmigo y me envió otra, he esperado un mes a editar el comentario para estar seguro que va bien, y sigue durando unas 4 horas y es fiable la estimación de tiempo.
