Bikini Ready Energy Gummies, Assorted Fruit Flavors, 50 Count

So I'm not the most active..but I'm trying to be! I was skeptical if these were working after about 3 days of using them but I have more energy at work and it feels natural (not jittery or anything, just enough to keep me focused and motivated while I'm on my feet all day taking care of patients). But the deciding factor for me that these really do work was I just got back from an hour long bike ride with hills (last summer this bike ride killed me and I had to take lots of breaks) and when I came back I still had the energy to run for 15 min on the treadmill! Yes, I was sore and tired for a bit however, after a break I had my energy back and I went for another 45min long walk. It was like the more I worked out the more energy I had. I don't know if it's placebo or what but I never feel this good after a workout enough to keep going!!! I will definitely repurchase this product!!!

If you take the suggested serving size (5 gummies) on an empty stomach first thing the morning, you will feel a lift in energy right away. It's kind of amazing. They also lifted my mood as well. After a couple days on these, there has a marked change in my overall energy and brain focus. I will try to remember updating this review after I've been on these for several weeks, to see if that lasts. Don't expect these to taste like a candy gummy bear (there's a caffeine aftertaste), but they're not bad. I had tried a diet gummy from another brand, and the taste was so horrible, the almost-full bottle is still sitting in my pantry untouched. So, these are pretty good tasting compared to other gummies that have a decent amount of active ingredients in them.

These gummies are so good. The aftertaste is a little funky, but they are a good little boost to get you through the midday drag. I keep these in my desk- I don't know how I got through my day without them. I first got complimentary samples from Influenster for testing purposes, but I quickly bought my own bottle because I loved them so much!

I saw absolutely no difference. Aftertaste was eww.

I feel bad writing a review on amazon for this product because I was only given a sample pack of TWO gummies to try so I feel I can't make a quality review based on just eating two gummies one morning. I was given the sample pack compliments of BikiniReady and Influenster in my VitalityVoxBox. There are three flavors in each bottle, but I only able to try grape and orange in my sample pack. I feel like there should be more "berry flavors" to make them more enjoyable (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, ect). The taste is pretty unpleasant as it is, so having orange and grape flavors (and cherry, which I was unable to try) seem like a bad choice on their part.I tried the two gummies when I first woke up. It has about 1/4 the amount of caffeine as my daily redbull, but much more B12, 333% of my daily needs. (5 gummies has the amount of caffeine as HALF a cup of coffee) So I did feel a slight energy boost, but it didn't last long and I ended up opening up a can of Redbull anyways to get my energy for the day. I was taken aback from the taste as it was not what I was expecting. I tried the purple one first, and I really didn't taste a grape flavor and I contemplated eating the other one, but I wanted to make the best review possible so I ate them both. The orange one actually tasted like orange. They are all coated in a small amount of sugar to ease the taste, but I needed to take a drink of juice to get the taste out of my mouth. I feel like they would be a good product to get energy from, they just need to work on the flavor. I would rather take a pill than chew the gummies.I read other reviews on here and some people received a full bottle to try. I wish that was the case for me, as my rating might have been higher, or if they gave me 5 gummies in my sample pack ( the recommended daily amount) so again, I could make a full quality review, but I am only reviewing what I thought of the two gummies I received.

I am not a coffee drinker, but have been trying to get off of my Coke/soda at lunchtime, because of the amount of sugar. I have also taken B12 supplements in the past, so I know what to expect. I did feel a slight energy boost, but it didn't last long. As I mentioned, I don't really enjoy grape flavored items, but I really didn't taste a grape flavor with these, so that was a plus for me! I feel like they would be a good product to get energy from, they just need to work on the flavor. I would rather take a pill or use a dissoluble melt than chew the gummies.I read other reviews on here and some people received a full bottle to try. I wish that was the case for me, as my rating might have been higher, and I certainly would have taken them for the whole week! Or if they made the sample pack 5 gummies (the recommended daily amount) then I would know the full affect and I could make a quality review. Hoping that I get to try these again and in a larger quantity. Right now, I wouldn't buy them, but again I only had two.
