I really recommend this breakfast replacement! I was skeptical at first but now I'm going to keep buying it. Besides, is a plus all those vitamins and minerals.

I LOVE this drink and crave it all the time. Tastes so good. If you mix it with a spoon there are still lumps but I don't mind. The only concerning thing is there is a warning saying some of the ingredients can cause cancer or something I think, yikes! But so so yummy so I continue to buy.

I have been drinking the chocolate shake for about 2 years now. My favorite way to have it is to add a 1/2 banana to it or a tablespoon of peanut butter. Sometimes I put both the banana and peanut butter in it, along with 3 ice cubes,and blend in the mixer. I drink after my morning or evening workout.

The taste is great, but it tells you to add one full scoop to a cup of water. I always wind up with chunks of powder that just won't, or can't, dilute.
