My vitamin D level was very low, because of coeliac diseases, half of the amount it should have been and I was told by the GP to take supplements. I have chosen this one because it’s combined with vitamin K. I have taken them for 4 months now and my blood test vitamin D level came back 5x as much as what it was before. Now at a good level. I will carry on taking them. I recommend this product to everyone.

I felt a little bit off for a long time. Not having any blood tests I wasnt sure what it was but I suspected it might be b12 or vit d deficiency. I'm vegan and have been for 5 years. My body seems to have absorbed this really well because I feel so much more vibrant and energetic. Well done this stuff. Will obviously buy again

I bought this for my vegan friend as his doctor suggested he might be bit D deficient after some concern with his nails. D is one of the vitamins that vegans do not get in their diet... in the UK the sun doesn't provide enough of it most of the year (even omnivores can be deficient). This was the ONLY vegan vit. D that I could find which provides what many doctors now all over the world recommend we should take: 4000 IU = 25 micrograms per day. K2 helps to assimilate D, so it is convenient and makes sense of providing them together. Nobody likes to take a multitude of pills! I cannot comment on the taste of size, yet as my friend dashed to buy D spray, which he will, of course, finish first, but I think 33p per a pill is rather high, especially compared to my standard vegetarian ones; and non-vegetarian D is even cheaper. If the price was lower, I wouldn't hesitate to give this supplement 5 stars.

Happy with my purchase but I think its too soon to comment on the benefits. I have had no side effects and the capsule is easy to swallow and I hope it will be beneficial to my health.

Have tried other cheaper products, but I always feel better after taking this particular one. Though they are a bit expensive. Easy to swallow, capsules and tasteless.

So in case you didn't know Vit D3 needs K2 to be absorbed by the body. And is useful for so many things depending on your needs or if your vit D levels are depleted. This is a high doseage formula. I got this for my sister and t's too early to say if its beneficial to her. It's easy enough to swallow but this one is too expensive for 60 at £20. I use a different brand which is vegan and a lot less.
