Pretty nice
I'm sitting on the chair I just assembled.Assembly was very simple. One tip, before installing the back, don't tighten the arm rests too much.Cushion is on the harder side, if that's what you prefer. Now, I see a review saying that if you lean forward it feels like you're going to fall off? But the leather isn't slippery... I guess if you're overweight and not wearing pants (or wearing those double-layered slippery pants) and you sweat from your thighs and soak the seat, you could slide off... forward? No, how do you slide off forward when the height can be adjusted unless you're missing your legs? I dunno maybe if you're short and obese and sweaty this could happen. In which case, you should place something on the floor as a foot rest. Now I'm off to make a neck rest myself :)Update 6/26/2019The right arm came undone (the two screws holding them to the back part are not in the part anymore) but the arm itself is also attached to the sitting part, so at least I can still rest my arm on it, but it's loose and I'm afraid to lean on it. Left arm is fine.Update 9/11/2019The company contacted me via email a few weeks ago and today I received a new chair. That's crazy customer service so unless the new one begins to have problems way too soon, this review's rating will be a 5.

Fantastic chair, may be difficult to assemble
I've been using this chair for a couple weeks now, and I love it. I'm 5'10" for reference: the arms drop into a really comfortable spot for using my computer desk, they move up effortlessly for sliding the chair under my desk or for playing guitar, and all of the components seem to be durable and quality.A note about assembly: The instructions are minimal but clear, and the step where you attach the back to the base+arms took quite a bit of muscling to get in place for bolts to line up properly as the back cushion had to push into the seat cushion a bit.Aside from the minor difficulty putting it together, which I think would be resolved by taking a bit of the padding out of that connection point, this chair is fantastic. It's got decent support, it's comfortable and stable, and all of the mechanical bits work perfectly. Plus this is the most style you can get in a chair at this price point.

Good chair so far but few problems
The chair is a decent chair, but had a few problems. First the wheels have these little hubcap type things on them and one of them kept falling off. We just glued it back on. Second, one side of the seat, where the arms attach, didn't have any opening, the fabric covered the part where the screws go in, so my husband had to cut the screw holes on that side out. Assembly seemed easy enough, took my husband maybe 15 minutes, although I should note that he has plenty of experience putting furniture together.

Great for the price
I recommend this chair for anyone on a budget. For the price of this chair, it’s good. There’s no headrest or anything extravagant, but it’s comfortable to sit in for awhile. The blue and black colors soothe the tush. There is a lever that allows you to lay back a little for those times you just want to chill and game. However, you can also lean it forward for when s*it gets real and you need to focus. The assembly was easy, no big issues there. The box was heavy when it arrived but would make for a great feline rumpus room.10/10 would recommend.

Easy to Assemble, Not Durable
Chair was easy to assemble, and does the job. Not the most comfortable for long-term sitting, but it's average. I appreciate that the arm rests can be lowered or lifted. However, I bumped the chair into my desk once or twice, and the coating on the arm rest fake leather immediately began peeling. It has not peeled from the main sitting area over the couple of years I have owned this chair, however.

Decent chair
This chair is pretty good. It's fairly comfortable, and for the price I would say it was worth buying if you're looking for a decent chair, but not one that's too high end. Only complaints I have are that the folding armrests are a little bit loose but overall not enough that it's unbearable, and that assembling the chair was a little tricky when it came to putting the armrests on. I've seen reviews for this chair say that you should put the armrests on before the back, and I found that to work better than vice versa.I would reccomend this chair to someone who wants a comfortable desk chair, but doesn't care about spending hundreds or thousands for a high end desk chair.

Office/Gaming Chair
Good Quality for the price. I like the padded fold up arm rests; the chair can properly be pushed under a desk even when there is a keyboard pullout tray underneath the desk. Comfortable high back chair. chair has a 'rocking' feature...however there isn't a lock recline feature on this chair. Chair tilts back at a comfortable recline, however it does not lay flat or lock in any tilt position like a more expensive 'gamers' chair. A purchaser must realize these chairs are mass produced in China and a fit for all generally. Price & Value is a selling point of this chair.

Excellent quality chair, especially for the money!
I'll start this by saying that if you like an upright chair, then this isn't for you. Now that that's out of the way, I'll say I love this thing! I'm a writer, so I obviously spend a lot of time sitting. This is a gamer's chair, so it does lean back a little. That's perfect for my back injury. Sitting upright puts too much pressure on my lower back, so the slight recline allows me to sit and work pain-free for hours. I saw where somebody said they slid off the front, but I'm not sure what would cause that. As others have said, the caps that aesthetic caps that are supposed to cover the screws didn't fit, but it's not a big deal, and nothing that you'll even notice. I looked at a LOT of chairs before deciding on this one, and I'm glad I did. Bonus - it looks really cool! Oh, and like others have said, leave the arms a little loose when you're putting the back on. I put the whole thing together by myself in less than a half hour.
