Simple plate for the Bialetti espresso pot. Works well on the induction hob. Transfers heat quickly so care required. Note some users complain it can mark the hob glass surface but we use an induction hob mat for this and our pans which protects the surface perfectly (see Lakeland and others on Amazon).

Recently bought a house with an induction hob and couldn’t use my aluminum moka pots for my coffee. Saw this, read the reviews. Was a little concerned about folks claiming it ruined their hob by leaving white marks. Yes, it does leave a mark - but a quick wipe with some multipurpose spray and all is good. Very solid. Makes my moka coffee faster than on my old gas stove. Perfect solution and great quality.

Works perfectly. We have quite a cheap induction hob that can be picky about which pans it decides to heat. After getting a new induction-friendly mokka pot, I was disappointed to find that the hob didn't even register it was there– apparently something to do with the hob's minimum size requirement. This solves that problem. It heats the mokka pot quickly and evenly, has a nice, solid handle that remains cool throughout, and overall feels very well made. It is slightly more expensive than some of the unbranded alternatives, but I think it's worth paying the extra for this. It has one function that solves a very specific problem, and it does it brilliantly.

Discolours quickly, but works perfectly. I've used mine non-stop for about a week and haven't noticed the metal laminates warping or splitting. Would recommend!

If you have an induction hob, this works really well for under the coffee pot. We use it everyday, it is now indispensable.

used this to heat a small Bialetti coffee maker as the maker was too small to be recognised by the induction hob. Within 1 minute it overheated and scorched the surface of a brand new very expensive AEG hob. A relatively inexpensive product which has ruined an appliance costing 60x more

Funktioniert mit meiner Bialetti-Sonderedition im Dolce Gabbana Design ausgezeichnet. Die Ränder der Platte sind allerdings sehr scharfkantig - mit der Gefahr, das Kochfeld zu zerkratzen. Empfehle daher, die Ränder mit Metallschleifpapier zu entgraten und etwas abzurunden. Ist einfach zu machen und funktioniert.
