This review is about width. I purchased four different pair of water shoes to try out, hoping one would work. I’m using this review for each. My feet are size 8 double-wide with short toes (think Fred Flintstone feet). It is exceptionally difficult for me to find shoes that are comfortable, especially when it comes to fully enclosed summer shoes, like water shoes. The brands I purchased are Mayzero (8.5 womens), Infmetry (9 wide womens, 40), Zhuanglin (8.5 women), and Jointlycreating (8.5-9 women, 38). The last one is the winner. These are comfortable and cozy. Not too tight anywhere and easy to put on. Infmetry: I was able to put these on, but they felt snug across the top of the foot, the widest point. Oddly, they were too long in the toes. If I had a smaller size, to fit the length, I doubt I would be able to get it on my foot. Won’t work for double-wide foot and given the odd length to width ratio, I don’t think it would work for a wide foot either. That said, I do have short Fred Flintstone toes. Zhuanglin: I could get them on, but barely. If the ankle tab were bigger, they would be easier to get on. Even so, they are too narrow in the heel (odd, right?) and across the top of the foot. So, too tight for a double-wide foot size but would probably work for a regular wide foot. These also feel more like plastic than fabric. Mayzero: I could get these on the foot (thanks to the bigger ankle tab) but dude, way too tight! I didn’t want them on my feet any longer than it took to take them off. Jointlycreating, aka the winner! The seller is Jointlycreating. The name on the bottom of the shoe is Wonesion, but this is not on the selling post anywhere (which doesn’t matter to me, but thought I would mention it). They are super easy to put on (adequate ankle tab). They are so comfortable. As soon as I tried them on, I walked around the house and couldn’t believe how comfortable they are. They feel more like fabric than plastic, which is my preference. This review is all about size as I haven’t yet had the chance to try them out. I have appreciated reviews other buyers have written and this is me paying it forward for all the double-wide footed people out there! I can’t wait for the weather to warm up just a little so I can take them to the lake, waterfalls, inner tubing in the river, and fishing. I probably won’t update the review with how they work, but lots of reviews have already raved about that. This review is all about size. These shoes are fit for a double-wide foot! Yay!!

Finally! A great fit with cushioned padding and easy Velcro closure for better fit. I use for water sports and cycling as they help me to feel the pedals. Very happy.

Hi. I did a glow polar plunge last week and used the water shoes first time. It was at night so I couldn't record me in the water with them. So did the bathub to show you how quick they drain and allow water in. These are better then I thought. Thought they were going to be flat with no arch. I have problems with shoes with no arch. That I can walk around for a while and not have issues. They have good grip in wet areas like climbing rocks. They drain quick for the people that do marathons and go thru water and dry. They fit good. But if u want a snug snug fit. Go down a size. Wear them around for a couple days to get your ankles used to it. Or wear a bandaid. Like most new shoes need to a just to them. They exceed my expectations. The insert comes out to wash in washer. U can wash the shoes in washer too if get dirty. Hope the pics help and video. I also go for walks. I wear socks with them then. I like them cause your feet don't get hot. Oh also I went in the snow with these during the plunge. I like it because the snow nevery got inside the shoes. Update, They are comfortable shoes. But dont think they are designed for every day wear. The glue is very little starting to separate from the top of the sole. But they are comfortable other wise. Wished they could make non water shoes with no holes in bottom. If wear outside and in slight damp grass it will get your feet wet on bottom. I would order a size smaller. Dropped it a star for the glue. But comfortable.

Absolutely delighted with my recent acquisition of beach footwear! After much research, I opted for a specific model that has exceeded all my expectations. The comfort is exceptional, allowing long walks on the sand without any hassle. The design is modern and elegant, making them perfect for both the beach and strolling along the promenade. The quality of the materials is evident, proving to be resistant to salty water and scorching sun. In addition, the sole provides excellent grip, preventing slips on wet surfaces. In short, I highly recommend this shoe; an investment that is worth enjoying the summer. I consider it a master purchase and I am completely satisfied.

Seriously, these are amazing! I can not believe how well they work!! I bought these for two vacations last year (planned prepandemic but resecheduled out of our control for the same year!! DOH!!) to tropical destinations. They are cute- exactly like the picture- brightly colored and super comfortable! I mean really comfortable, no breaking-in required. I walked in rocked beaches, sandy beaches, sharp, jagged ocean shallows, and a pool that had a textured bottom that was rough on bare feet-these shoes protected my feet beautifully every time AND the sand (and water) just flows right out of them! I tried to Wade/swim/float in the rocky shallow in Cozumel at a beach club (not to worry, they netted off the coral reef and kept people out so the reef didn’t get trampled) in my bare feet and the rocks were cutting up my tender feet like razors- I was also having trouble maintaining my footing. Once I put the shoes on, it was suddenly enjoyable- not hurty hurty, ouchy ouchy anymore and grip so that I could safely Wade on the jagged, uneven rocks. It made a huge difference- now I could focus on watching the colorful fish swim around the rocks through the crystal clear blue water instead of focusing on pain and treacherous footing. I also NEVER once felt sand in my shoes despite long walks on the beach (yes, we really did that, it’s not just something people say in dating profiles!). I couldn’t believe how comfortable they kept my feet. I’ll never walk on the beach in any other shoes ever again. Bonus- the hot sand/rocks didn’t burn my feet. They are so good that my bf bought a pair in the same color- yay for unisex design! I may need to buy more pairs of these for future use and for my daughter so that they don’t discontinue them and leave me hanging without the nest beach shoes I’ve owned in 50+ years. I know I sound too excited and like I’m overselling them but I really am shocked how awesome they performed. I don’t know what magical design allows the sand and water to escape so efficiently that it keeps your feet perfectly comfortable.

I purchased these for my husband for our recent trip to the beach. He is pleased with everything about the shoes, except that sand did get into them when he walked into the water or if waves flowed over his feet. He stated, that this might have happened with any water shoe on the beach. (We have purchased less expensive versions of water shoes in the past that did not give him the comfort or confidence of protection). He did wear these shoes on hot pavement, but mostly wore them on the beach, and was glad the sole of the shoes protected his feet from the hot sand and sharp shells. He said he is especially happy they don’t pinch his feet. He is overall very pleased with the style and fit of the shoe, stating that he was happy with the thick non slip sole, the cushioned insert for support and comfort, (soft and light) and, that he could adjust the tightness of the fit on his foot. The shoes fit pretty true to size for him. He usually wears a 9.5 to 10 so I purchased a 10.5 as there was no choice for a size 10. The water drains quickly from the shoe, when wearing and when ready for rinsing the cushioned inserts come out easily to rinse the cushion as well as the inside of the shoe. He is happy the shoes even dried quickly while wearing and that his feet never felt wet. The shoes and inserts also dried quickly when placed outside for drying. We are both pleased that the style and colors of the shoe are quite attractive. He says that he highly recommends this product, based on value, style, comfort and use.

Pretty shoes! I usually wear inserts in my shoes but that didn't work with these. I instead wore thick socks and my feet were comfortable! I bought these for a ziplining/water/mini-hiking excursion. They held up well on the actual excursion. However, on the walk back to our accommodations, one of the elastics came out of the piece that holds them together on the top of the shoe and then out of the tightening part. I could get it back through the tightening part but there's no way to lock it through. Good for one intense time! That may be all though.

I am so impressed with these water shoes! When I read reviews I noticed that some people reviewed them as soon as they got them and I thought how do you know how great they are if you haven’t used them yet? Well, when I opened the package I understood why people were so excited about these water shoes. I decided to wait until I had used them and then review. I took these with me on a trip to Kauai. When I first put them on I immediately noticed how very light-weight they are even though they have a thicker sole in the bottom. In a popular review I read that the heel fit weird. I didn’t have a problem with it at all. The rubber sole does come up the back of the heel a bit. I assume it’s for protection. These shoes are also very comfortable. I wore them for a while on a hike. The thicker rubber sole gave me protection, is flexible and allowed me to be able to grip the landscape. They were also easy to clean off as the terrain was muddy in places. In the ocean I found these kept all the sand out, which totally surprised me because the sand is so fine. The ties on top enabled a snug, comfortable fit. Sometimes the inner sole stayed in place while they were on, but would sometimes slide a bit when I took them off. It was not an issue at all though. These water shoes are top of the line. In summary: ✅ light weight ✅ comfortable ✅ keeps sand out ✅ water drains easily ✅ adjustable ✅ protective ✅ good support ✅ multiple uses Yes, these were exactly what I was looking for! My husband now wants a pair too!

I really likes these shoes, but they were too big. I gave them to my husband and it fit him.
