Nice frame
Frame, glass, and box in good condition. Very cute. Thumbprint frame did not come with ink. Rated 4 for lack of ink. Going to connect with customer service to see if they will send. Update: Amazon set me directly to product company for customer service. I was able to email the company and they responded within 48 hours. They sent me ink, no charge. Everything was resolved within 1 week. They provided great customer service. I updated stars to 5.
