I ordered this item, yesterday was my first time using it. The picture is not the same as they post it. It doesn't have the macaroon details on it, they should take it out. I'm practicing out to make macaroon, I end up with different types of shapes big, small because I couldn't get to do the right size. That's good for professional. I definitely not like that.

The media could not be loaded.  With all things you pay for what you get. It definitely can’t be compared to other brands based on thickness. I bake tons of macarons for my business.They turn out great every single time given that fact that you know what you’re doing. If your macarons don’t turn out great it’s not the mat, you’re probably having an off day. I’d recommend. I love the fact that it has only two circles. The first inner one I use as my stop mark, the outter, I use as my spread line when I tap the trays. This way, every macaron turns out closer in size.

Make sure you don't make your macarons bigger than the smaller circle though otherwise they may crack and stick.

A game changer when it comes to people who bake a lot! I absolutely hate scraping pans or having food get ruined when it sticks to the pan.These have been great so far but one thing that scares me is that I noticed after I baked some cookies, once the cookies were removed, the area where they were was a bit matte, and not shiny like the rest of the sheet. Worried it melted the plastic a bit?

I use these to line my pans instead of aluminum foil when I cook, but I have also used them to bake cookies, etc. I like that the food doesn't stick and the food cooks evenly. They are a bit difficult to clean, always feel a bit greasy from cooking oil. The oil does come off with a good soaking in hot water and soap.

I put off buying these for years -- but when I realized how much parchment paper I was buying every month, I bit the bullet and ordered these. Wow -- what a difference! Around the holidays I bake many kinds of cookies, all in one day. This means changing parchment paper with each new flavor, sometimes even sooner than that. With these, I only have to wipe them off with a damp paper towel, and move to the next batch. Great investment, wish I hadn't waited so long!

These are amazing. Very very easy to clean! And I love how easy they are to move off the cookie sheet after baking, genuinely can’t get enough of these. I’ll definitely be ordering more!

I haven’t used the baking mats yet but they seem sturdy and hopefully will help me make perfect macarons!
